Bathroom was a bit small

Efficient contactless check-in, great location (there’s a food truck right across the road that serves delicious meals for breakfast), you can fuel your car in the morning as you also have the gas station nearby. The room was very nice and clean. It was very comforting to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop deck. The attention to details is tremendous in this spot, the property manager does a great job!

The room didn't have a microwave.

I was impressed with Stonewall Motor Lodge. It wasn't necessary to check in or check out as we do with other motels. We just drove straight to our room. Everything is taken care of through text or email, which was a very easy and convenient process. The room was exceptionally clean, there was coffee, a refrigerator, and good TV cable or dish channels that included apps such as Netflix and others. It was a very nice stay.

could have used some more storage to put away luggage, and walls were a little thin (or our neighbors were just really loud!).

Our boys loved the shed and outdoors areas, and we enjoyed the comfort of the rooms!

Not many places to eat, less you travel, but that wasn't to hotels fault.

It was right on the highway and so there was a lot of road noise, but it is a motor lodge…..

Great location for us because we split out time between the Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye and Fredericksburg. Live music, wine and snacks on Saturday.

I did not like that you could hear the talking from the next room. I booked because of seeing it on tv, there was no entertainment or enticement to sit outside for that reason I will stay in town like I have in years past.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

I really dont like the Kurig coffee machines. You cant just make your own hot water and it is just more plastic garbage. On top of that our machine was broken and I had to mess with it for a long time still not getting a cup. So our first day we had no coffee machine. Got a replacement the next morning. The other big issue is that the AC is SO LOUD. I would fall asleep then it would kick on and wake me up, repeat. Loudest ever and I travel a lot. Also, no microwave. If this were a 100-125 a night room I would be fine but it was $225. Pricey for form over function. Oh, and bring a ladder to turn on the bedside light...you'll see.

Its very well staged and cute with retro furnishings and art. The towels were nice and the beds were comfy. The person working here was very nice and the grounds in back are relaxing. I liked the door code to get in. It was the last 4 of my phone number making it easy to remember.
