The bed was not Comfortable at all. The shower knob was broken. My husband had to work with it so we could at least get a shower. There was not enough towels or wash clothes and had to ask for them. The breakfast was ok but have had better

Some of the items in the room were dated. A couple of burned out lights, light switches didn't work or didn't exist.

We've stayed here before. Easy location for us to connect with the kids, who are near campus, and then going to out to eat or doing things on the south side of town.

Cleanliness was off in bathroom. Left over rag on top of shower rod an hair all Over bathroom floor and room floor.

Didnt have any soap in the bathroom or shower gel shampoo or conditioner in the pumps in the shower, I didnt contact front desk because we were just there one night and I always carry that stuff with me. Apparantly its a place people like to go with small kids there were SO many everywhere that started running up and down the halls at 7am but the hotel cant really control that, I was so looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after walking in the mall for hours but the jets were broke

The price, the rooms are huge, free breakfast was good it was clean. Pool area was nice, the rustic theme is cute...there were a few hiccups but would definately stay again

Had no hot water for morning shower. Arrived and toilet was dirty all around the base. Shower had a goat cobweb in the corner.

We have stayed here many times always having a good experience. This stay, started off poorly when my third party booking did not show up on their check in list so it took extra time to check in and the room we booked was not available so we were given a smaller room but they gave it to us at a discounted price so that was a blessing in disguise! The other thing that happened was the hallway was very noisy with people coming and going in and out of rooms and large groups of teenagers hanging out talking loudly in hall until at least 1am. This hotel has an event center attached so they probably had an event going on the night we stayed that prompted the busy hallway traffic but even so, a set quiet hour by 11pm would have been appreciated.

Great location for us, good breakfast, spacious room, friendly staff, casual log cabin feel.

Tile was loose in the bathroom floor b4 stepping in the shower. Also the body wash was empty.

The location is excellent and so is the breakfast I really enjoyed staying there and will be back in the future.

The pool area. The tiles on the ceiling looked to have water damage or needed to be repaired in some way. Was covered by white paper or plastic I couldn't tell. Paint was chipping all throughout the bottom of the hottub( maybe pool not sure i was in the hot tub). The hot tub was cold not hot at all and the over all pool area was freezing the kids and adults didn't stay long we stayed maybe 30 minutes. Over all decor I liked wished we could have enjoyed it longer.

I love the theme and decor of the hotel. The front desk staff was professional and our check in was quick. The bartender Dakota was amazing on New Years Eve, a very nice guy!

The room was not clean. The floors were terrible around baseboard and looks like windows were never cleaned. Room needs a professional deep cleaning. Allergies acted up from dust.

The only thing we didn't like was unfortunately the bar was closed during our entire stay due to private events which was pretty disappointing the main reason we booked at this hotel was so that we could enjoy the bar on property during our stay for our anniversary.

The staff were very friendly and helpful the facility was very neat and we loved the room it was very clean comfortable and we loved the way it was decorated!
