Too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. Made us cough and burned eyes. We had to leave the pool area and it was too cold for outside swimming. Also requested adjoining rooms but that request was not fulfilled and that was hard with 3 small children, The rooms were across the hall from one another which was a bit better .

The hotel pantry was poorly stocked with essentials. It's rather inconvenient when one needs something as simple as otc medications or toiletries.

The beds seemed small. The pillows were small and hard. The bar closed at 11:00 and that was when the concert was getting over. I think you lost a lot of money by not staying open late that night.

We like the atmosphere of the hotel. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good but should have been open longer since most of us had been at the concert next door until after 11:00.

Couldn't figure out how to work the shower so had to take baths. The front desk person Couldn't tell us how to work it. Also the hot tub was warm, not too hot

Upon check out of the second room the claimed it wasn’t paid for. I had to screen shot my bank account to show it was taken out when I checked it. One of the $25 deposits refunded the other still pending. My friend who was staying in the second room I reserved left something behind. We both have called everyday and are told they will call us back. This alone make me not want to come back.

The bedding was stained & dirty, but the staff took care of the issue and made it right. They were very nice about the issue.

The breakfast had something for everyone. It was good. The pool & jacuzzi was awesome. My family really enjoyed themselves.

No one at front desk. 10 minutes check in. Pool was cold hot tub colder. No towels. 10pm to 110m adults only. 10 to 15 kids still at pool at 1030PM. Breakfast wasn't restocked. Had to ask for Milk forks and napkins.

It's was sooooo hot in the breakfast area this morning. I had to leave without finishing breakfast because I started to feel sick from the heat. Pool area does need some cleaning and up keep done to keep it looking nice. The hot tub and pool need resurfaced. Some random kids were trying to get into the pool area from outside. They tried to jump the outside fence at one point. Staff was notified and said they would keep and eye on the area. There was quite a few crumbled up chips under the couch cushions when I went to pull the couch bed out. Housekeeping couldn't have changed the sheets on the couch bed since those chips were still there. Eeek.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Loved that French toast was an option. Potatoes and eggs are always a hit. Thank you for having hot sauce available. Haha Love the pool area set up and the indoor/outdoor pool combo. Also love that it's a Saltwater saline pool so the chlorine isn't friendly to my skin.
