Loved being right next to the river and highly recommend getting the option with a hot tub! We also received a helpful info booklet upon arrival and felt very welcomed. Location is less than 10 mins from park entrance, horse stables, town, etc. and you can walk just a couple minutes to the Wapiti pub nearby for an easy drink/dinner. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

It was quiet and the rooms were perfect for some much needed rest and relaxation. Very clean and friendly staff. Close enough to the town but far enough to feel in the mountains.

I really have no complaints

The cabin was very nice, clean, cozy. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable. It was a quaint, perfect little place for our weekend getaway. The owner's were exceptionally nice. We got there an hour early and they were able to accommodate us by letting us in 1 hour early. It was a lovely experience and I will return for a spring/ summer getvaway. I highly recommend Streamside on Fall River.

Room was rustic, very nice but just a bit dirty, the couch and carpet in the main room. But, not complaining, was a beautiful and perfect place to recharge after many months of the rat race.

The location was super beautiful. First stay at Estes Park and I wasn’t disappointed. The person checking us in was super sweet & welcoming. When we got to our Cabin it was clean, neat and cute. Definitely getting a cabin with a hot tub next time though!

We were ok with it but some might see the interior as a little dated. It was comfortable though so we were fine with it.

Everything was great. Had everything we needed plus a gas fireplace, hot tub and robes. Manager was nice. Had a kitchen with pretty much everything you could need in it. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor chairs to enjoy the stream. Elk and turkeys frequented the property.

It is located on the shady side of the valley, which was fine but I like as much light as I can get!

Beautiful location away from town but still an easy quick 5 min drive in. Easy drive to the national parks. The owner was incredibly helpful and nice and made my stay really welcoming and comfortable! definitely recommend!

The cabins need some updating on their decor and finishes. But everything was neat and clean.

Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Nice secluded area. Cabins were clean and neat. Wildlife wonders right through the property. It's nice to sit outside on the bench to watch and listen to the stream.

Turkeys were great visitors but a deer would have been nicie!

Beautiful property, had Elk right outside our door. Location is exceptional in closeness to Rocky Mountain Park. I always like a full size refrigerator when traveling. Wish I stayed longer than 3 days.

Easy to miss the entrance to the facility. A little bit pricey for the size of the room.

It does need updating inside cabins, but honestly it wasn't a major thing for us. It was clean and comfortable and that is all we need. Some minor road noise, but that ends pretty early in evening.

The location of Streamside is perfect with just a short drive to the Fall River entrance to RMNP. This made it very easy for us to get into the park early to see wildlife! The property itself is so scenic, with the cabins/rooms right along the river with beautiful trees, and chairs and hammocks too! There was a gas grill for cooking which was a real bonus! The new owner, Max, was super friendly and helpful and he has great plans for updating this property.
