No seats left at the pool. Just trying to find my way around the MGM maze was difficult

No housekeeping for 2 weeks and room felt a little tired with ripped carpet and bulb not working in the bathroom. No tea and coffee facilities and room not checked throughout the stay.

I wasn’t sure which floor I’d been allocated until I arrived, and having to carry all my kit through the casino was ‘painful’ so advice from entrance gate would have been very much welcomed ! Or a valet parking member of staff who can deal with bikes. For off peak season the ‘unrestricted’ pool beds also went very quickly … and I was a lone traveller.

The location and size of apartment were excellent, once I understood how to get from self park to the correct Tower. Apartment was super clean and spacious / well equipped, with balcony and duel aspect great views. All staff I dealt with were very helpful. I was on BMW Motorbike so had to use self park which was free and secure, a 10/15 walk.

uber wasn't allowed to pick me up in the building I was staying in, I had to walk two buildings away, even though there was a perfectly serviceable location in front of the lobby door. It was like some arrangement was made between uber and the building owner.

There was No tub in the unit to truly relax in, and there were no hooks or bars to hang a shower towel. No early check in could be negotiated.

I was disappointed in the overall upkeep of the room, the hot tub, while functioning, had pieces broken off. Additionally, there was a pretty ugly white veneer applied to the in closet storage system that was peeling off in places. Also patch marks in the ceiling.

Room was overall nice, relatively low in the tower, placed on the third floor. I liked the shower facilities and plenty of space in the room.

Art deco is not our preference. We prefer modern style furniture and cabinets. Also the footstool was worn and ripped due to being quite old.

Master bath was very nice. The views were quite good.

My 14 year old was given the sofa bed to sleep on but it was not comfortable at all. We ended up putting the couch cushions on top, but it was no better. The second night we were there, we returned to our hotel that night & was told there was no more parking so cars were being diverted to the MGM Grand.

Nice and clean and quiet. Our hotel being connected to the MGM Grand was great and very convenient.

A few very minor issues (iron leaks, bubble control on tub is loose, shower temperature fluctuates a little) and the location being a couple blocks from Las Vegas Blvd.

Large room, very clean and comfortable. Excellent bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub.

valet parking

The room and bathroom are very big and clean. Lots of towels, enough for 3 days of our stay. We chose this hotel so that we could cook in our room. All appliances worked properly. I didn't have enough of a large pot. After my call, they brought it to me. The hotel has valet parking, which is not very convenient, if you need to take something in the car, you have to wait for your car to be brought, which is unnecessary trouble and tips. In general, a very good hotel and service, and the main thing is the walking accessibility to all the main and interesting locations.

The Jacuzzi caused me to break out in a rash. And the room I booked didn't match the room I received.

The area was wonderful, the monorail was convenient, the casino was good, staff was helpful all times of the night.

It was a little dated and it’s slightly off the strip (about a 10-15 minute walk) but that also made it quieter and calmer which was nice. No housekeeping too which was fine for me but just good to know.

The room was a huge, it had a beautiful big bathroom and gorgeous views of Vegas. The room was very comfortable, I had a great stay!

to many hidden fees , no such a thing as a 61 dollar room when you add it all up and it turns unto a 200 dollar room on a sunday - monday stay

My reservation was specifically for three people her there was only enough dishes and glasses for two. We wanted to have coffee in the morning together but the singular mug spoiled that. We didn't have enough sheets and when I called the desk to request more I was disappointed to find out I had to contact Orogoto. Tried to call them but no one was there to answer my call. Messaged them and was basically told "to bad" limited resources. In the future when we return to Vegas I will remember this experience and think twice on booking...

It was nice having the washer and dryer available. Balcony had a nice view and fresh air to help wake up after a night out.

Good location, liked it was attacked to the MGM casino and close to sportsbook. Also enjoyed ease to monorail.

There could be better instructions on how to get to the MGM Signature. There are multiple hotels within the MGM Casino network and it wasn't clear where I was supposed to go.
