My room didn’t get any housekeeping during my stay, I’m not sure why, I had to use the same towels and same bed sheets. Other than that I think the room and location was perfect. I would have given it full stars if it did..

There was a mildew smell on pillows make sure housekeeper is drying linen . There was no one at the front desk when we arrived had to wait a while to get keys . Other than that thank you

I kept getting locked out of room kept going back and forth to front desk was not pleasant none of the keys worked after being locked out for 3 hours I finally was tired security broke into door for me reprogrammed the key thing

I booked it through your website. It was a kind of false selling . They sold some kind of a private room instead of hotel room. . Thats why i always book through direct hotel website

Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff did not provided even a coffee refill, or take out trash . They stated that the room was a private room and does not belong to hotel. This was confusing for me. I still do not understand the concept

Handprints on wood panel wall behind couch were creepy and gross to be honest. Room was not cleaned well so they had to redo that. Only got 3 towels for 2 people for 4 days.

The room needed to be cleaned again before I would use it and they took care of that quickly and did a good job. Staff is friendly but the elevators are some of the slowest I've seen in a while

the description did not note that there was no maid service included ( only for extra charge). we had to beg for extra toilet paper. our reservation indicated 6 people on the booking and we couldn’t get 6 body towels without having to pay extra.

For over 1K a night, we didn't expect to find stained pillows and broken fixtures. We also had to pay extra for any additional toiletries we needed. My partner didn't find the bed comfortable - she prefers firm mattresses. Overall I think it would have been cheaper if we booked directly with the hotel than through a third party.

We liked the jacuzzi and the cute little kitchenette. The bathroom was gorgeous as well. View was BEAUTIFUL!

I When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled though I received a confirmation email with instructions the day before check in. I was unaware that I had rented a time share instead of a hotel room. The tv in the living room and fire place were not working. The hotel maintenance could not get them to work so the time share maintenance came out the next day. They were able to get the tv fixed but not the fire place. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have men in our room for long period of time interrupting our girls trip for my 40th birthday. Yes they were super nice and they were there to help however it was still an inconvenience. Shouldnt the rooms be fully checked and make sure everything is working when guests leave and or before checkin? We were only comped $50 for non access to the fire place and inconvenience. The room was quite chilly. We had the heat on 90 to get comfortable. We had to pay for extra toilet paper and when we asked for extra towels, initially we were accommodated as the room did not have enough towels for the group however when we requested fresh towels another day, we were told we had to wash them as housekeeping did not apply to the timeshare rooms. There was no hair dryer, no working fan ventilation vents in the bathrooms and there was mold on the ceiling above the bathroom door and shower. We found an empty condom wrapper on the floor when we opened the sofa bed and a Lego man on the side of the bed. I had higher expectations for swanky safistication of the place. It would have been nice to know the room was a timeshare so I wouldn't have been thrown off by some things. The views were amazing but we couldn't get the full experience with the balconies locked 😔

That my towel set in the room did not include face towels. Also no dish towels to wash or dry the dishes but I think you can purchase from the hotel.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Having a Spa Tub was definitely a plus and a must have everytime I visit. I also love that there is a kitchenette that's a plus for families and couples trying to stay on a budget.

Would be nice if you had a pair of tongs and a spatchula for cooking as well as soap for dishes as I couldn't find any of it.

One of favorite showers in Vegas abd soaking tub is long enough for someone as tall as me so always nice when sore from out and about all day.

great views. security at ground level checked all residents for room key. great feature.

plenty of space for the whole family of 5. disconnect from hotel to reservations regarding our room. we needed 2 beds and a sofa pull out. called ahead to confirm with reservations. when checking in hotel was not able to guarantee my request. when finally checking into room, room DID have all beds as confirmed w reservation agent. this took 1.5 to confirm in lobby. stressful but it all worked out. thank you Mae in reservations who helped. needed an extra hour to check out that did cost 65$ extra. would have been nice to been comped since we had check in issues.

Everything in the room was perfect, everything worked fine, and the comforts were perfect as well. We had a very relaxing time in the room and was just the perfect relaxing environment for coming back from having a good time. The staff was very helpful and awesome on check-in and everything was exceptional. Thank you

The unit wasn’t very clean. I went to the store to buy lysol wipes and cleaning solutions to make my stay more comfortable. Unfortunately I dont believe this is something I should be having to do. Also the AC didn’t work. Thank goodness it wasn’t hot. The unit was a cool 75 degrees since it was a little chilly outside. However the ac wasn’t working when I tried to turn it down.

The unit was very nice and did look like the pictures. Beautiful view and awesome location.
