The back entrance to the building where my room was needed some TLC. It definitely looked a bit rough. The toilet in my room also ran constantly. I also think that every hotel room should have a full-body mirror, which this room didn't have. I couldn't get the Wifi to work at all in my room either.

Check-in was relatively easy and quick. The room had clearly been updated and looked nice. As a former housekeeper, I found that the room was very clean. The fridge in the room was massive! The mirror was very large and nice, but it seemed like the light that might have been built into the mirror wasn't hooked up?

Foyer smelled like vinegar. Floors were sticky. Original room not clean-trashed. Desk clerk was rude & put out that my entry interrupted her.

Lots of bandaid fixes; holes in the wall and chipped paint, handles not attached to the cabinet doors, crack on the light switch in the bathroom, light in the bathroom flickered. Non smoke room but the neighboring ones were so you could still smell cigarettes

The rates were elevated but so were other places so that was just what it was. I was there 7 nights and no maid service at all - except one night at 9:30 someone was running a vacuum in the hallway. The door didn't work right - the light never turned green - and I had to have the keys reset multiple times. The back door didn't lock and the location is right next to a busy truck stop so it would have "felt" safer if the door at least locked.

The room had a full refrigerator, burner, pots and a toaster so that was nicer than expected.

Hotel was very clean, Staff were friendly and helpful. Outside there were lots of smokers close to the doors and they made a lot of mess outside the hotel. kids running around a lot.

I liked the price. But, I would rather pay double than get a migraine from smells. Cat urine smell in the bathroom too, BUT, it was clean everywhere.

The front desk lady at first was not at all friendly ,But she was probably having a bad day, So, no biggie to me. The cleaning staff were awesome, I tipped a guy for helping me carry a bag inside from the parking lot. Friendly. That is the most negative part, going through hallways and steps to get outside. The room smelled REALLY REALLY bad, like cigarettes. It said" non -smoking," but that stink cannot be covered up.My migraine was proof. I had to sleep with a clean shirt over my face, or move motels at 1:00am

Vending machine had everything we needed from drinks to frozen food. Full fridge was a plus. Pool was great. Right across the street from adventureland was the best.

No shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and one tiny little soap. The heater/air conditioner blew out a bad smell. The property had garbage all over the ground and no where for smokers to smoke.

The front desk lady was friendly and very comical. The location was perfect and the price was reasonable. Loved how the room was furnished.

Although they say it's "renovated", it's still being worked on and is pieced together terribly. The outside of the facility looked like a storage lot and had piles of uncovered construction bits everywhere. There was garbage, beer bottles/cans and cigarette butts all over the place. There were people (not guests) who were sleeping in their vehicles for several nights. Our smoke detector in the room was covered up in plastic and the ice machine was always "out of order" at night with the sign removed in the morning. In general, just felt rather unsafe.
