We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The shower was extremely weak and did not get hot.
The fact that there was a stove top(bring your own cookware), microwave, and large refrigerator.

The fire alarm goes off for no reason a few times a week and can’t be shut off until the fire inspector gets there. It happens at the most inconvenient times and is very very disruptive
The property is clean and conveniently located near restaurants and malls. They allow animals. They are very relaxed and laid back here. It’s a pretty good extended stay hotel.

Did not know how to enter the hotel, which was done on a side steet. I did not like this.
If you are only looking for the basic accomodations, this fit the scenario. It was clean and basic.

When I turned the shower head on in the bathroom, it started making a high pitched noise as if the pipe was about to burst at any moment. I noticed that the sound only occurred when the I turned the knob to hot. It was a very unpleasant noise and had to rush in the shower to stop my ears from experiencing this excruciating noise.
The room was comfortable and the amenities were fine.

it should have a container or something to put back the key. I had to do the check out and leave the room's key and didnt have a place and nobody there.

The coffee maker was not clean, there were no condiments for the coffee, not everyone drinks black coffee, it would have been good if I could at least have a hot cup of tea after a long day.
had to leave early in the morning ...was not told of any breakfast availability. did not take too long to get an uber. I also like that there was a toaster and microwave available.

There’s a lot of people living in the hotel and motel area. The hallways were full of people sitting out of their doors or wandering around inside and outside. This is definitely not a location for comfortability. There was also a large unidentified stain on the sheets. It’s not a hotel to take the family to. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap and decent…it’s definitely the place. I will say, the room was really clean. It’s just the environment that you need to watch out for.

The room door needs to be pushed or pulled to close; once closed, it's secured.

Some stuff such as cups, ashtrays were not provided for the room that was paid for, on rare occasion, some parts of the room are not cleaned properly. While this is just personal preference, I feel the garbage bins shouldn't be hidden in a drawer as most cases a garbage would be utilized.
The hotel is affordable, it's reasonably priced for the quality of location and rooms. Certainly the environment is decent but not optimal as the rooms were cleaned with effort.

The temperature on the fridge was not cold enough no matter how much you tried to change it. The fact that you had to go to front desk to pick up the pots, pans, plates, silverware, and cups.

Cooking odors in hallways but that’s to be expected. Entrance is on Edgeboro Rd, not route 18.
Very clean room. Nothing damaged or broken. Office attendant was very friendly and helpful.

There was a lady who was obviously on something walking around outside, looking in cars, and trying to get into the hotel. I don't know if she was a guest or not, but her behavior was very odd and she made my family uncomfortable. Aside from that, the stay was good.
Clean and comfortable. Quick check in and check out. Easy access to the hotel and where we were headed.
