I liked that it was close to the center of Fayetteville and had a stove.

Cleanliness and working order of the room was very substandard.

1. Roaches. On floor, walls, in cabinets, and even in bed! 2. Everything down to the floor was horribly dirty 3. Smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room 4. Other extended stay tenants were loud 5. No clean towels 6. Motel 6 clearly pays to inflate their rating

Place was a roach infested dump and has nothing it's supposed to have.

The place is infested with roaches, bed was broken down not comfortable at all. The microwave looks like it's exploded, it CERTAINLY has been on fire. I doubt it works but I wasn't about to try it! No cookware, one of the main reasons for getting the room there. No coffee maker, no ice. There's so much wrong. Probably should just be torn down.

They kicked me out at 3am with no refund because of an assumption. No valid documentation was given and management let security run the hotel so he makes the rules, so he picks who he wants out and who he doesn’t. There is a plethora of human trafficking and drug dealing. There are crackheads sleeping on the steps, they have multiple overdoses a day, police and ambulance are present every hour. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. Stay away!

Everything was nasty. Staff was rude and threatening. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I recommend avoiding it at any cost.

Nothing. My room was rented out to someone else while I was gone. When I asked for a refund for that night they tried to throw me off the property. Staff also said they had "goons" who take care of their problems. I was accused of "wanting something for free." All I wanted was the room I paid for not to be used by other people. Non smoking room was rank with smoke. So, my first room had sex toys on the bed when I opened the door. Staff said someone had probably broken in and break ins were common. The manager tried to keep this under wrap and told the staff not to warn others. My replacement room was then rented to someone else while I was away, so I walked in to a bag of enemas on the floor and trash everywhere. When I went to ask for a different room staff was very confrontational to the point I had to call the police. Once police were on the way management changed their tune and offered a refund for the night they rented my room to someone else. After I was into my third room a staff member verbally assaulted me yelling that I owed someone twenty dollars. I have traveled for work over a decade now and I have never seen anything like this, truly awful. As a special "thank you" when I checked out I was told that someone had placed a do not rent again for 90 days noted on my name, staff asked if I had argued with other staff. I didn't argue, I was attacked by people that are plainly unhappy and I guess they needed a punching bag. Either that or they constantly treat customers poorly. My stay was completely unacceptable and I will be contacting corporate. This hotel doesn't need to denigrate the name of motel 6, which is amazing statement I never thought I would make in my life. Do not stay here if at all possible, you are better off sleeping in a walmart parking lot.

There was hair all over the bathroom the floor had dirt and grass in the corners. I saw about 6 roaches. The music from the rooms beside me was loud the entire night along with the people who were also VERY loud towels had stains on them the bed felt like it had sand on the sheets. The only upside to my stay was the lady at the front desk even though she never told me where the elevator was and I was on the third floor!!!! It was hot outside and the walk up the stairs was horrible

Filthy, violently loud, inebriated arguments, men hanging around drinking & drugging all hours. The room was crawling with various types of insects, cock roaches, ants, flies, gnats, crawling bugs. I was afraid to use the bed as I assumed it probably was infested with bed bugs etc. The room reeked also.
