You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe check in was easy however the room we were initially assigned wasn’t even ready. We got to the room and housekeeping was just getting there. Thankfully enough the housekeepers got on the phone with the front desk and was able to advise him of another room that was ready. The front desk guy had the audacity to tell housekeeping to tell us to come back to the front desk to get the new keys for the new room. Again the housekeepers said to him that they’d let us in the new room but for him to bring us the new keys! We had our hands full of luggage and this guy wasn’t trying to be more accommodating since this was his mess up. This was just the check in experience. The new room was subpar at best. Was labeled non smoking but reeked of smoke. Visually the room looked clean but I wouldn’t walk around in that room without shoes on. The bathroom was super small and there was paint stains on the mirror and in the sink. Just poor maintenance throughout the room. The towels were old and super thin. Another thing we asked for new towels the next day and was told we had to physically bring the used towels to the front desk in order to receive fresh ones! I have never heard of such a thing. The front desk guy basically was like oh well. We spent over $500 to stay at this slummy place. The weekend we were there the better hotels were booked up so we were stuck between this place and another sketchy spot but the reviews here were 1 star better so we said we’d give this place a go. There are a lot of people that live there and animals are all over this place. We had dog poop outside the walkway near our room along with trash from the room next door piled up outside the door. Never again. We were there for a funeral and I’m glad we spent majority of our time with the family because the few hours we did stay in the room was unsettling.
Honestly this property is unkempt from the check in area to the rooms.

I never knew u could stay at a room an accomilate a tab for a room. I thought u had to pay first then stay. Not stay an then pay. Make sense to me please.

United States of AmericaThis place was my favorite❤️. But when we saw how NASTTTYY it was. Holes in walls. The 2nd room we had to clean ourselves. Door was kicked in. We saw roaches. 50.00 deposit to use kitchen pots and pans. With a 150.00 deposit for the room. They said our room was so clean that they want to hire us for housekeeping. 400.00 was a waste. Im so upset. This was my favorite place.

Staff rude when I asked what was the point of booking if they was going to give it away. This isn’t the first time either . Room wasn’t clean , no trash can , floor had dead bugs. Maintenance left tools and dry wall all in the tub . House keeping had to come clean and the door was wide open before my check in . This use to be a nice place to stay now that was my last time booking

United States of AmericaUnder the beds were dirty, room smelled like cigarettes, towels and pillow cases had stains, not fully furnished kitchen like stated, rooms were not ready or cleaned when we arrived at 4:30 for check in, and no one told us about the $100 deposit they take during check in (we got it back but it was a surprise charge).
The setup of the property was nice, like apartments. The staff were friendly.
