Staff accused a senior citizen smoking in a non smoking room on the last night she paid cash and kicked us out just by claiming they smelled smoke. We were homeless from a house fire.

The room was not properly cleaned. You can pass your hand on top of the little bedside table and pick up lint residue and there was also sticky residue from a cup that was apparently placed on the bedside table. I went and purchased Clorox wipes to go ahead and wipe the room out. The motel was not secure at night. The side door was broken and was left open for anyone to walk in, so I did not feel safe

The rooms was dirty it had dust and mold on windows and AC unit. The bathroom smelled like dirty rusty water. The ice box was not clean and had brown stains almost everywhere. The counter top stove off and on button was broke as well and didn't work. The hallways had a bad musty cigarette smell. The lady that worked mornings had a bad attitude and kept looking at me rolling her eyes she also failed to help with basic needs.

You didn't have hair dryer you didn't have shampoo or conditioner I didn't have a blow dryer your TV didn't work you don't have a staff that works for maintenance here to do anything the sheets were terrible the floors needed to be more clean the bathroom could be more clean they didn't even have a Bible in the room no no phone book tonight they felt like a monthly rental places instead of a hotel but the kitchen part of the place but no kitchenware no nothing I have seen better hotels and I will never stay here again

Using the television should have been easier to figure out. The shower didn't work not was there a stopper for a bath.

Sheets were rough. Toilet seat was loose. Parking lot full of trash. Pool was dirty. Elevator not working.

The rooms are almost sound proof. Bed is comfortable. Nice kitchenette with good size refrigerator.

That I was accused of smoking weed in my room 🙄 and being asked to leave. I don't smoke and I canceled the booking but they want to charge me $150 for damages, which there aren't any at all!!

The way that the lady at the front desk spoke to me. She said that the maids could smell weed. First off I don't smoke period. Second my traveling partner had some in the backpack but didn't smoke in the room. I mentioned to the lady that every day you could smell weed so it seems others were "actually smoking weed" she wouldn't listen to me and i had to tell her to shhh she told me not to tell her that but I guess she wants to treat people so inconsiderate, and housekeeping had never mention anything before and we had been there on an extended stay, due to my house fire. The gentlemen that worked the desk were always so helpful and no issues with them at all. The General manager Mr. Darshan Patel maybe hire someone else to work the desk. She had already locked us out of our room and we had to get a key to get in. 😖😖😠😠

The beds were uncomfortable but then again we hadn't planned on staying as long as we have. We had a house fire and no where to go but we're almost on the home front now.

The side doors are broken and always open, very unsafe. The room…the walls have stains all over them, the walls in shower were dirty. Although the AC was on and set to 66 degrees the room was still warm. The dresser was missing a drawer. TV remote didn’t work.

Asked for a replacement light bulb for over the bed reading lamp. After 2 days, we checked out and NEVER had a light over the left bed.

The front desk was exceptionally helpful. Bed and linens very comfortable.
