There was a coffee pot but it didnt work - when i contacted the office to have it replaced they said someone would be there soon- but noone ever arrived and nothing was done or said about it at all. not too big-of a deal - unless you rely on coffee to make it to work on time:)

I didn't like all of the rift raft that a seedy motel brings!! I hated that their washer and dryer room is still out of service!!!!

I loved the privacy that this hotel has making it really easy and comfortable to do our thing! The rooms are really nice for the price and I loved the little kitchenette!!

The switch for the lights didn't work,the remote for the TV turned it on but we didn't actually have any channels to watch,the bath towels were made for toddlers, the mattresses need an upgrade because the springs hurt,could also upgrade or get the nail polish, crayons off the furniture

I wasn't aware that there was a breakfast. Upon arrival/checking in I was given Key to 1st room. When I opened door it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned. There were dirty dishes in sink and bed didn't have any sheets or blanket but there was 1 pillow. The toilet either hadn't been flushed or was broke because there was fecal matter in the bowl. The 2nd room was pretty much the same condition but with one huge exception. That was that the toilet was physically next to dresser. There wasn't a toilet in the bathroom.. The 3rd room had no bedding food 8n refrigerator and bathroom disgusting Finally the 4th room was sort of cleaned had all bedding and toilet was 8n bathroom. As I planned on staying a while I felt need to thoughtfully clean the room from top to bottom. After 4 hours the room was sparling clean with floor that was no longer muddy.

Not everyone drinks coffee. There was a kitchenette but no pots. The coffee maker didn’t seem to work very well. You had to pay for wi-if which was incredibly annoying for us.

Rooms need a deep cleaning. There was a 1/2in of dust on top of fridge, cabinets. Floors were sticky. This hotel allows pets. Furniture is well worn, needs upgraded.

We requested a queen non-smoking room. There were visible signs of smokers in the room, burns in the floor and on the furniture from cigarette holes, the room stunk like cigars. The bed was supposed to be a queen bed, and it was a double bed and quite uncomfortable. Lots of trash around the outside of the property and there were a bunch of drywall screws dumped in the parking lot right beside my car where I parked. Also had issues with the wifi, they advertise wifi, but it kept knocking me off, and then it would want you to put in a pre-paid card. I went up to the front desk and asked about it but they said all the pre-paid cards they had were expired and that the internet just didn't work well. There were holes in the wall that looked like a dog had clawed the wall and the bathroom tile had a lot of corrosion on the tiles and you could tell it needed updating.

The staff was wonderful at check-in and very friendly. They were also very helpful when I asked a question. The room was clean but very dated.

I hate to say it but there were many cockroaches which were disgusting. I understand there are many long term residents there, some of whom probably cause the roach problem. however, that is not my fault and it seems frequent extermination is called for. There was also mold in the shower. While my stay would have been good because of the staff and the location along with the benefit of the kitchenette, the bugs overshadows everything.

the staff are wonderful and the manager even helped me fix a booking error I made. The management are very nice and competent.
