The halls smelled very much of smoke and it was to be a nonsmoking building.

There was no breakfast but that was ok. The location was further off the interstate than what we realized, but was worth it cause it was cheaper than most places.

When we walked in the lobby, it was empty and there’s a kiosk checking us in besides the sound it was ok. Easy but it LOOKED sketchy. Walking into the halls it looked outdated, I can tell they were updating some stuff. The rooms are being updated also to more modern. There’s no vending machines. The stay was “ok” nothing more nothing less. I can’t wait til they finish updating everything, it looks empty so it gives it kind of a scary vibe.

I don't care for the video machine check-in AT ALL. The only other thing I noticed was that everything was clean EXCEPT the room floors. They really need a cleaning. My socks were filthy by morning when I walked around on the floors and I put a clean pair on every night.

Staying here was great. Private, convenient, reasonably priced. Lots of parking. I didn't use them, but the cleaning personnel were personable and helpful. Every time my key card wouldn't work, the video person easily issued me another but I had a healthy walk to reach the lobby.

they could have cleaned better. the floors weren’t swept and it sucks having tiny hairs stab into ur feet when u walk anywhere. the shower curtain was stained and the washcloths had brown spots on them. the towels had long black hairs on them.

There was a shattered TV still hanging on the wall and a replacement sitting on the dresser New carpeted hallways had a very strong foul odor (not a new carpet smell) Some things have just been left old, a remodel should be entire facility. Elevator had broken light covers and looked REALLY old and run down

The bed seemed to either be not cleaned or they used stained sheets. We noticed in the morning there was what looked to be a blood stain and one of the blankets smelled like baby puke.

The staff was amazing! Bed was very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious.. location is also great!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The facility looks like it is still improving and has a bright future ahead. I look forward to visiting again when it is fully renovated and the pool is open. The staff were super friendly as well.

Rockford is best visited anytime then than winter.

The location was centrally located for all that we needed to do during the holiday visit. It was also nice and quiet, not many people travelling.

There was a power pole right outside the window. Not sure if that was why I didn't sleep much at all. Room was very quiet, but a bit cold and didn't have another blanket.

At check-in and checkout, all the members of staff were cordial, friendly and friendly. The best amongst them is TJ. TJ is truly extraordinary and excellent as well
