rooms smelt of marijuana, dirty, black mold around the window seal, bath tub had different color paint stains, table had stains and dirty, the window was left open with no screen, the door had issues opening. Not comfortable at all.

the price was about the only thing there that was good.

There's always groups of people loitering outside my door . In addition someone try to kick my door in and later on that evening I had a brick thrown through my window. Needless to say I think checkout is immanent.

I don’t like the drug dealing and the prostitution ring and whatever else is going on over there and it doesn’t seem like management is taking care of that because I know of a recent situation because my husband defended the person he was staying there he was staying there because he’s getting a job at Kennecot copper. he had to defend himself and shoot a drug dealer who is coming at him with a lead pipe he even hit him before he shot but the type of weapon that he had unfortunately killed the drug dealer. However why the heck was he there doing drugs in the first place or trying to beat up other customers that should never happen.

I like the location of the property.

The locals police department frequently travels through the parking lot and I do not like that and neither does others. Cops pretend to be people they aren’t and do scandalous things to get people in situations that the cops intend because it’s a known bad area. I would suggest tell them to stay out of the private property unless they are called. It would make better business.

Staff was very friendly and honest. I lost my debit card in the parking lot and it was turned in. They immediately seen I had a room and got a hold of me and returned my card. I appreciate that!!

Good location, good environment, good attitude. However, the sanitation is extremely poor. There is a lot of dust on the lampshade, dirt in the toilet, and the bottom of the toilet is very dirty. The sheets should not be clean. There is a strong smell of perfume on them, as well as other people's body hair. It's terrible. The hallways and stairs are full of rubbish. Sorry for such a good location and environment.

I didnt like the full mirrors they were dirty and the floors weren't mopped. The fan didnt work in the bathroom.

It's was not clean my mom is handicapped and we was put on 2nd floor. Took almost two days to get the room I reserved then after hours of waiting for them to clean ended up spending hours to clean it . The washers and dryers don't work and stink they made my clothes smell so I ended up spending alot of money redoing my laundry

That it has kitchenette and the maintenance man Marty was very understanding and didn't stop until we got into the correct room, Jayme also was very helpful with trying to get us taken care of

Outside of building was in good condition, but condition of the room was not even up to my low expectations. Biggest problem was towels were stained and well past useful condition... essentially rags! Other issues... broken bathroom fixtures, poorly patched walls, faint smell of cigarettes, broken/repaired/unclean TV remote. Also, seems some homeless types like to hangout in stairwell.

the rooms could be cleaner, and the kitchen sink should have garbage disposals , bathtubs need to have drain plug so they could be used for bathing, and it would be really nice to have nice blankets and comforters on the beds .Hangers would have been nice to have to hang up clothing. Ice machines would be useful for the quests.

The rooms are not clean. I had to clean my room before going to bed. There was blood splatters on the walls and ceilings. the toilet always plugged, no plug for the tub for bathing.Never clean towels or sheets daily . It seems like there is not enough employees

The room was SO unclean. I don’t think the sheets had been changed or washed. There were stains, holes and hair inside the bed when we arrived. The front desk was locked at 10:15pm when we arrived and the sign saying the staff had stepped away wasn’t visible to the outside and when we couldn’t get ahold of anyone by phone, the staff was upset that we pounded on the door trying to get their attention. Definitely could have been better.
