I had to wait until 9pm before my room was ready because hotel was understaffed. And the bath towel had brown spot on it and the door in the bathroom had brown spots all over it and when I wiped it came right off.

The lady at the front desk was screaming at another renter when we walked in. Once it was my turn she told me I couldn't check in at my room that was supposed to be ready at 3 pm. I said my check-in time is 3 pm. She said, " In a perfect world, that would be the case." "We don't live in a perfect world." She was screaming at me at this time. I told her I now know where not to stay next time. She said, "I'm glad to hear that." Our room wasn't ready until 8:20 at night. However, the new staff on duty was a sweetheart! Once we got into the room the restroom smelt awful.

I liked the room. It had tons of space!

This was likely our fault but we got checked in early and unfortunately the room wasn't quite ready (but front desk didn't know that). Housekeeping had been a couple rooms away so we figured when we came back from our family gathering, the beds would be made with new sheets. Unfortunately, we got back around 11pm and the beds weren't made but it was late so I didn't want to cause any trouble. I think it was just an oversight and front desk did assure me when I was checking out that she was sorry that had happened and that (should it ever happen again) to please come and someone would be available to help out. It was handled very well, despite that little issue.

The front desk lady was wonderful and very upbeat, she made checking in a joy!

It needs updating and the parking lot needs to be redone. The stairs are falling apart. The room had furniture that was broken like the drawers.

The floors were dirty (when we walked barefoot, our feet turned black), and there was some trash under the bed. There was no remote for the television in the front room, but I did not have any expectation of two televisions. The one television I expected worked perfectly. I did not complain about any of this while I was there, we were gone most of the day with family, and I did not get a chance - I am certain the manager would have had the room cleaned if I had complained, she was very nice.

I did like the kitchen, in general. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was effective. We had plenty of room in our suite for 4 people. I really liked the amount of storage space, we had plenty of drawers and shelves for everyone to unpack their suitcases.

I made sure room was cleaner than when I got it( I'm a professional housekeeper) and I tried to check out early and get my deposit back and the lady at front said she was the only one there so she couldn't check room so I didn't get my deposit back.and I even went out of my way to clean it extra so I could get deposit back.

Emergency stay and need to find a convenient location near my work. Comfortable. AC blew cold.

Bugs on the walls. Shower pressure was slim to none. Ended up having to wash hair under the tub facet. Smelled of smoke and weed despite it being none smoking (perhaps that was just the neighbors).

The location to Six flags was great. Beds weren't terrible, cool that there was a microwave. Overall okay. The staff was nice.
