We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The room was dirty and I had to request the sheets and blankets to be replaced - and then they didn't replace it for us, we had to do it ourselves. One pillow didn't even have a pillow case when we arrived. I bleached the entire room when we arrived just to feel comfortable sleeping there.
I liked that I got a good price for a room with a jacuzzi. I also liked that it was so close to downtown and so many bars.

People banging on the walls all night long, Crack deals Going on in the parking lot. Bathtub and bathroom sink has cigarette burn marks all over them. cleaning staff walking around all day long in their pajamas. I had to stay there for 2 weeks before my company could move me, but I'll sleep in my car before I ever go back to that place.

We chose this hotel as a stop-over point on a trip to WI from VA. The location off the highway was convenient. The hotel itself was very nice, and newly renovated (had been here last year and they were in the process of renovation). Beds were a bit hard, but comfortable enough for 1 nt.

Each room I have stayed in I have never seen any pet hair or smelled any evidence of animals. They also recognize that some animals make some noise when passing other animals in the lobby. I highly recommend this place whether you have pets or not.

United States of AmericaThey used me to help pay for the repairs by overcharging, claiming they had to throw sheets away due to supposed spilled coffee. Could have washed them instead of being so irrational and tossing them out. Charging $50 for washable sheets. Do not stay here, sure I'm not the only one who will deal with this. Many better and cheaper hotels around.

I understand the facility to going through renovations but the conditions of the room we were in were very bad. Hair in the shower, a partially used roll of toilet paper, heater did not work, door jams in restroom did not have trim, bathroom door did not close, curtain did not fully cover the window, the list just goes on and on. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There was even a completely broken door leaning against the wall in the hallway.
