You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaProperty was nice but staff was horrible, Hotel was reserved ahead of time and we had also talked to someone about early check in since we were coming from out of town. Once we get there to try and check in early this Hispanic girl tells us to leave and to try and call back to see if she can get a room for early check in. Obiously I wasn’t able to cancel because they didn’t allow it. We left and did what she said to do. After 2 hours we call her back like she told us to do. She got upset and told us to find something to do till 3pm (check in) like everyone else. I made sure to communicate with this hotel weeks, days ahead of time to make sure everything ran smoothly and it did not. Our whole first day was practically ruined. Also it’s been a week and our “refundable” deposit hasn’t come back and probably isn’t.

CanadaI did not like that the parking was paid, and the noise in the hallways and road made it hard to sleep. There was no shampoo available in the bathrooms, and the bath did not run hot.
It was convenient to the airport, and it was clean. Good for a one night stop over. The rooms were a decent size though.

United States of AmericaMinor things like, waiting for shower to heat up. The water pressure wasn’t the greatest and Traffic was loud at night.
The location was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean. The room was also cleaned daily, as well as bed being made. There was always fresh clean towels daily. Me and my son were very comfortable and the price was good too. There’s a key to use the elevator which did make me feel a sense of security.

United States of AmericaSeveral things made me upset. Upon entering you get a 15 minute ticket to park your vehicle. It took me 19 minutes to check into the motel and I had to pay $6. I was towing a small 5x8 trailer and I wasn't allowed to park it in your parking lot. I first called your other motel 6 blocks away and they told me to book my stay at the Motel 6 near the airport because I had a trailer.I told staff I can unhook it, and they said no. I had to park it 3 blocks away in a shady character neighborhood. I had to walk back in a very unsafe area with homeless people asking me for money. Each guest should have at least one free parking pass.
I liked the ice machine, elevators, friendly staff, and the security on the premises is all what I liked

SpainParking was so expensive and there is no parking outside. Weird people. Sink didn’t rinse (got it fixed quickly), the window didn’t open, a bit outdated. It said it had kitchen and it didn’t, just microwave and fridge, big though.
Near the airport, beds were comfortable, good for the money.

United States of AmericaThey called this hotel suites Los Angeles. That hotel is actually next door. I was extremely angry that they wouldn’t just say it’s a Motel six. I only found that out when I called to check on reserving a place on the shuttle and found out it was a Motel six. I also found out that their shuttle doesn’t start until five in the morning and we therefore had to take a cab to the airport.
