Can’t say that I didn’t like anything. It was great!

It was in a great spot, close to a lot of things to do. Comfortable bed, nice room with stove, microwave and refrigerator.

The wifi didn’t work. There was mold in the bathroom. The fridge was falling apart. There were crumbs in the bed. Don’t waste your money here.

You are renting a suite with a kitchenette, but they do not state that there isn’t even a fork for you to use. You must bring your own cutlery and cookware. Someone staying at the hotel used their tablet to create a digital key for my work truck. I reported this to the front desk, who said nothing helpful or supportive. I contacted the police who informed me they calls for this hotel all the time. I understand there are criminals doing crummy things, but if the front desk woman would have been more helpful or took it seriously, I would have appreciated it. She said she’d contact the manager, but I heard nothing. I had to take my truck to my employers yard to insure it was safe and spend more than $50 on Uber rides because I couldn’t keep the truck at the hotel. Luckily, this happened my last night. Some sort of compensation or professional gesture would have been warranted. Cannot recommend this place.

I was forced to leave. There should be an area of rooms for people who have dogs. Instead I was put in a room next to animal haters!

The cleanliness of the room wasn't good . There was roaches in the room. The stay didn't offer breakfast for the price overall I would not stay here again.

Room was filthy, mold growing in coffee pot still full of coffee, no trash can, toilet seat broken, sink handle about falling off. Room was pretty disgusting

Everything was fine.

Because the greater Phoenix area is on the expensive side for hotels, I chose the cheapest one I could find. I was expecting it to be shabby or in a bad neighborhood, but I was pleasantly surprised. If you’re looking for economy, you should definitely stay at this place.

The first room was full of dead cockroaches…called the front desk and the clerk was very nice when I told her…. She happily put us in a differant room with only 3 dead cockroaches. The furniture was old and beat up.. the beds (both) were old worn out and the creaking and groaning (rickety) of both beds was so ridiculous we both cracked up laughing. It’s a dump. The circular edge of the bathtub drain was black… also the faucet on the bathroom sink where it attatches to the sink was also black with some whiskers in it.

The room was dirty and rusty. There were actual toenail clippings on the floor!

The room was dark and the unit was dirty and broken a little bit and old. It was dirty outside our unit. There was kibble outside our unit, and what looked like a lot of vomit or just a pile of something really gross with flies swarming around it. I asked for a new unit and they said no.

At 330am there were people outside our door attempting to get into our room- using the key and then rattling the door. they were very noisy. When the key wouldn’t work they left but came back again using the key and rattling the door. My husband had to get up and yell at them to get them to stop. The remote for the TV didn’t work. The bedside lamp didn’t have a light bulb.
