You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There wasn't any hot water, and the hotel manager said that it wasn't going to be fixed until the following week. So I am not going to take a cold shower. I have physical disabilities in mental disabilities. We were traveling with our animals, and we were harassed when I explained to the front desk that I had more than one animal. Due to my disabilities they have been trained and certified as my ESA group. ESA stands for emotional support animals. There were a few of the staff that were kind like there was a cleaning lady, and I'm assuming it was her husband. They were very kind and patient with us. Since we were paying with our bank debit card, we were obligated by the hotel policy to pay them a $50 deposit and have never gotten our deposit back. We had late check out because of our situation, because of our late check out, my husband and I cleaned the room and strip the beds and put all the towels out for the cleaning lady I wiped down everything I clean the toilet I wiped down the sink I even wiped the cobwebs out of the corner of the room. So there's no reason for us not to get our deposit back. It's been 3 weeks since we stayed with Red Roof Inn on Route 60 in Vero Beach, Florida. Let's just say they have a lot of growing to do. There's a lot wrong with the hotel. If they make the whole hotel like the suites that they have with the refrigerator and a microwave, then it might be better. But someone needs to come in and show them how to manage the whole property. Because the side that is behind IHOP really looked dumpy and ugly. The attitude of the front desk and its staff matched the dumpy and ugly look of their hotel. Buyer beware!
