Upon check-in the room had a very strong bleach odor. Had to air out the room. Room interior was very old and needed to be updated. This was a studio but there were no plates or cups and the cook top stove did not work. Also the sink in the bathroom did not work. Beds were very uncomfortable because mattresses were old and saggy.

Great location because it was close to downtown West Palm Beach. Area around hotel was very nice.

Bathroom had some issues - the style of the sink basin caused water to splash everywhere, no matter how little water was coming out. Bed was uncomfortable and sounded "plastic" whenever we moved and the shower curtain bar was loose at the wall and resulted in a significant spill on the tile floor that could have been a problem.

Room was decently appointed. Nice size for an overnight stay and had an actual stove and fridge included for our convenience.

No hot water and people fighting out side of the room.

I like the curtesy of the staff, my room was good we just didn't have hot water.

the warm water that would not get hot, and the noise outside of the room at one time someone was throwing glass plates.

The fact that it had a kitchen area and we did not have to order out. but the water did not get hot enough to take a bath and out side my room was so much noise it kept my dog barking!

No hot water for our entire stay.we were offered a 25%dicount on future stays ..no resolve to our almost 2 week long stay..the only bad thing to say not happy I wasn't able to enjoy a HOT SHOWER.

Need to work on better keys for the room have to reset every day to enter your room this can become an issue later in the future.....

The fridge in my room was small compared to other rooms so not much food could be stored inside. The showers barely had hot water that lasted a few minutes so everyday was cold/lukewarm shower. House Keeping came to my room one time during my entire trip never saw them again. My room key kept deactivating every few hours so I'd have to walk from my room on the second floor to the office and back 2-3 times everyday for 10 days.

The kitchen/fridge was a huge asset during my stay instead of the usual microwave and mini fridge in most hotel/motels. The living room was very spacious, all the furniture appeared cleaned and wiped down. The A/C was the biggest positive, the room was always cool/cold and made the room comfortable to sleep and breath inside without opening the door.

Quite a bit of trash piled up by the (outdoor) trash bins which seemed too small for a facility if this size. Staircases with “soda” stains.

Very pleasant and supportive desk staff. Especially “Sage”, went far beyond in what I would expect from Motel6 staff during the check in.

this property has thieves. When my wife and I left the room someone came in who had a key installed several items from us including my wife’s iPhone 12. The word is that the cleaning ladies case the rooms and if they find something that they like they either take it or send someone when you’re not around to take it. secure you belonging.

The property Was in a great location, but that’s about it.
