The room was freezing and the heat didn’t work. I turned on the heat specifically and turned it up to 72 but it just blew out cold air. The comforter also had holes in it. Almost everything was unplugged, save the TV and one lamp, and we couldn’t reach the outlets to plug other lamps in, so that was weird. The restaurant in the hotel was closed and it would have been nice to have been made aware of this at the time of booking, even at check in would have sufficed. Also very expensive for what you get.

It was very close to Roadrunner, so it’s a great location if you’re going there. The staff was very nice as well.

The breakfast was cold, there was cereal with no milk, no juice when I asked the front desk for juice it seemed like they didn't know about the breakfast situation. There was no one around to ask in the breakfast area.. if you're going to offer breakfast and you can't staff, maybe just offer bagels and coffee and juice... Wouldn't recommend the food here

Staffing is pretty light -- bring your QR code reader to order food... but nothing that you couldn't get used to.

Stylish and fresh decor. Easy parking adjacent to a nice park along the river. Bar area was comfortable and welcoming. Interesting "sous vide"-based restaurant was a good value.

We couldn’t increase the room temperature. The room was cold; after 11 hours flight we were so tired so couldn’t inform the reception other than that everything was great. And i am sure if we talked to them, they could come up with a solution.

Rooms are very noisy and not well isolated from outside. Corridors are narrow and therefore noisy as well since doors tend to shut even when handled with care. Windows are not sealed. Furniture is old and sometimes dirty (e.g. couches fabric). Do not select if you have a light sleep.

Good restaurant and pub available all day is convenient. The staff was very kind in addressing all my questions and always found a solution for issues that arose over my 4 night stay.

Contradicting myself from the comments in the plus section. The complimentary breakfast was very limited. The first few days it arrived cold but was addressed. We didn’t have US phone so had to wait for help. Also for the drinks they had to have a physical card to link and I only had my Apple Pay.

We loved the decor and individuality. The concept of the food halls was fantastic and in time when they have ironed out the kinks (only been open a week and had the 100% occupancy for the Boston Marathon to content with) the location and ease of getting around was great.

The location is limited to having a car to move around. There was no coffee maker for complementary use inside de room. The heater made a lot of noise and had to turn it off during sleep even though it was cold. And as for the breakfast, I had some unconfirmed information overhearing some guests that the breakfast is currently "under development", being the first time they offer hot food. So I asume there’s still room for improvement, and eventually they'll end up with a proper buffet with more variety and quality. However, the most important thing is that the container-based serving method has to be eradicated ASAP. Apart from the unconfortableness and disgust about eating from a cardboard container with plastic cutlery, the amount of waste that we witnessed that was being generated every morning was just horrifying. Hope they can improve swiftly the conditions of the breakfast service with regular porcelain plates and bowls, glass cups and metal cutlery and the appropriate washing procedures to improve guests confort and dramatically reduce waste. I had a very polite response from the manager via Booking message addressing this issue when completing their corporate survey about our stay, but felt that it had to be published here too.

We arrived late at night and even though the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The safe wasn't working at the room we first got and in a matter of minutes we had been moved to a fresh one with no issues. Included parking.

The breakfast, which was included, was awful. The bread was cold, not toasted. It said 2 sausages but it was one cut in half. They were also cold. The eggs were runny. It was really bad.

In the first night, it was extremely cold, the heating system was weak, and we froze, and my husband got sick. Then we asked for additional heating, and it was much better afterward. The duvets covers were not duvets covers, but rather two sheets with a blanket in between - at night, the sheets slide off, leaving the blanket exposed. Our bodies came into contact with this blanket, which was likely touched by other people, as it's clear that the blanket is not washed after each visitor, which was a bit unpleasant. Regarding the breakfast staff: my husband and I were having breakfast, and it was 10:05 AM. I went to pour some tea since the tea is located outside the dining area. While I was pouring, a female staff member locked the door to the dining area, and I didn't know what to do. It's absolutely unpleasant when such things happen.

Extremely polite staff at the reception. Very pleasant, courteous, and professional people. Convenient location and free parking. Breakfasts are not varied, but overall, you can get enough, especially the waffles at the end of the stay were a pleasant surprise. Everything is clean.

An unexpected “activity fee” of $35 was charged upon arrival. This should be put in the room price so that guests know the true room rental costs before booking.

This fresh, boutique hotel has a welcoming and pleasant staff which cordially invite you to a refreshed and modern facility. It is located across from a great running area near ward 3 with Trader Joe’s and Starbucks only 3 blocks away. The rooms are nicely appointed and extremely clean.
