The whirlpool needs a new plug - the existing one is old and wouldn't stay in place (I finally got it to stay and filled the tub). The only suggestion I would make is to put a bistro set on the balcony.

The apartment was lovely - the view is amazing and everything was nice.

There were a couple of light bulbs out in the bathroom. One above the vanity and the other was in the spa tub location. Rule stating that you are not able to sit on a chair on the patio????

The location was perfect for the events we were attending on this trip. (Super Bowl LVIII). The 6th floor lounge was fun. Having a frig., micr, and all the other kitchen facilities in the suite was very handy with our leftovers. We LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the shower - spa tub set up. We want to model our bathroom the same. Having access to the patio was a plus.

would have been good to have access to an additional duvet set for sofa bed but we made it work with what was available and everyone slept well!

Location off the strip was excellent as we have visited three times before and were always on the strip. Enjoyed being away from the hustle but close enough too.

Probably depends on the apartment you get, otherwise I do not understand the other comments.. Ours was clean enough, fridge was working fine, could open balcony etc. The view is great, the bus leaves in front of the building and staff is helpful. Ot is a bit outdated indeed, but serves well the purpose..

Great location - we could easily get to every party of Vegas very easily from the apartment's location. Wonderful space - plenty of space inside, huge bathroom & shower with a tub. The balcony gave us an excellent view. Parking was close to the entrance and elevators. We had 2 options: outside lot or structure (under 5 minute walk). This place is also great if you don't want to stay where there is a casino or that smoking odor usually present in hotels with casinos. We had a great stay and will be coming back whenever we come to Vegas.

The pipes are clogged at the facet in the bathroom. You run water and in a second it starts feeling with water and dirt coming from the pipe. It’s disgusting and full of germs and hair.

Had tourble checking in. The front desk said that my reservation had been canceled, and I had to call someone to get it fixed. The shower head was broken. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. Light fixtures were falling out. And there was an ass print on the sliding door. Told the front desk about it, then had to message someone myself to get it fixed.

This property was not clean. The bathroom had a foul smell which prevented my family from using the batch spa tub. Very disappointed in how we had to arrive and clean up and down. It was filthy. MGM Towers has better value. I will not return!!

The only good thing about this priority was the location, the view was Awesome!

Could not get clean towels without being charged I was told the pool would be open and when we got there it was completely dry and the other pool down at the palms had a private event going on. That was the only reason I rented that place was because said the pool would be open

I discovered bugs crawling out from underneath the refrigerator door. It looked like my concerns were disregarded/ downplayed because these turned out to be “not roaches, only silverfish”. Aging property with some dirty, broken amenities. Terrible re-used fridge from the sold liquor days so there’s almost no room to store anything. Disgusting, rotting bedside tables. Dirt covered balcony.

The fact that in order to have anything fixed or done you have to call the number through booking because this unit is rented out somebody owns it. So when things break it has to be approved by them and they have to call the hotel. The kitchen was missing a bunch of stuff so cooking wasn't going to happen and the refrigerator was broken so we ended up spending more money than we anticipated for food because we didn't have anywhere to store it. And when trying to get it fixed that didn't work out. The person said they were going to call the hotel and have it approved and that never happened. The sink also drains pretty slow but I'm starting to think that's just a Vegas thing. In the end this property does not have a location to charge your car.

The location. It was really easy to get to all of the places that we wanted to go to from there and the setup of the room is pretty nice for the most part. The bathroom situation is a little awkward
