There is nothing to dislike about this property.

It is a comfortable and safe place to stay in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located near shopping and dining. (Santana Row and Valley Fair mall) Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

1) queen size bed was just too small (for us, at least)....and there's plenty of room for a larger king-size bed 2) The lighting really needs help. Adding bedroom night-table lamps, a floor lamp or two in the living room, and changing the bulbs in the ceiling fixtures to a warmer LED bulb, would help make the rooms NOT feel so institutional and more like a "home." 3) A night light in the bathroom would have allowed us to use the toilet without switching on the bright overhead. 4) It was not our first week-long stay but it was 12% more expensive than just 8 months ago. Continued hikes like this could prompt some returning guests to consider booking a suite at a full-service hotel instead.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is close to major freeways and 5 min walk to an upscale shopping center. The hotel is modern, clean, has a nice common area, laundry, gym and full kitchen in addition to a kitchenette in each studio. It was quiet despite it was fully booked.

Frequent smell of pot, both from the immediate neighbors and from the parking lot when my window was open. I left some clothing items at the property which I only found out after two weeks. I have called and mailed them about it, but not getting any response whatsoever. Not even so much as "sorry, we already discarded these".

Staff was very friendly and helpful when I was there Great location close to Santana Row. Laundry facilities were good.

Everything was very nice. The room was very cosy, nice and clean. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very kind. Highly recommend!

Bit far from nearest train station. No cleaning service included, only after check-out. Wardrobe spacious but sliding doors didn’t shut properly (was already like that).

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had more than enough facilities, utensils and equipment to be able to have a self-catered arrangement. Large fridge. No defects or anything wrong in the room, relatively clean and spacious. Quiet so didn’t have problems with noise. Very convenient location and walking distance to Santana Row and Westfield. Buses also nearby, and Safeway supermarket. Small gym but did have a good range of equipment. Large communal lounge upstairs and a smaller lounge downstairs, both available for use and have a nice homely feel. Adequate laundry service available at cheap cost.

The room is very small. There is not enough space to put my belongings. I have to put my handbag on air conditioner.

The room is clean. They provide very good brewed coffee in the lobby. The location is excellent, walk to westfield shopping mall and safeway. The kitchenet with utensils is convenient to use.

Rooms are a bit noisy. But with a bit of understanding of the next door occupants its a great place.

Location is excellent in a quiet neighbourhood of Santana Row which is Silicon Valley's premier outdoor destination for shopping, dining, living and working. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, parks and plazas, Santana Row features over 50 shops, 30 restaurants, the boutique Hotel Valencia and a six-screen movie theatre. Fresh Coffee in the morning! What more do you need?

I would like a menu of the channels that are on the TV.

They don't serve breakfast. However, they brew fresh coffee multiple times during the day and into the evening, plus they have a machine that uses pods to brew a single cup.

spring mattress was uncomfortable for a long term stay, wish the bed was more comfortable. rooms were a bit small. nearest gas station is probably the most expensive in all of California. no room service in 10 days that we stayed. heater in our room 202 didn't work: made noise but did not heat.
