Everything was great except the AC was not working and the management team sent someone out the next morning to fix the issue. They were professional and quickly resolved the issue.

I like the clean esthetics of the apartment. I was able to study very quiet. My only issue was the towels very dirty but so happy I always bring my own. Definitely a great place if you like peace and quiet like I do. Easy check in and check out.

Unfortunately upon checking in my experience was terrible. I was unable to locate the building and thankfully we called the number and received help from a very helpful man. I was told that checkin instructions were sent to my Booking account but I didn't receive it until two days after I was in. Please put some hangers in the closet.

The apartment was amazing, it was clean, great location, provided all our necessary needs.

It’s looking a bit tired for the money, the bathroom needs redecorating, the blinds in the bedroom need to be black out like the living room, very bright in the morning, kitchen needs re sealing around the edges. Also a small thing but some tea towels would be great. The code changed to the gym building and no one informed me.

Bright and clean with lots of amenities, the pool and gym were great. I especially liked all the extras, coffee pods, laundry detergent, toiletries etc. great TV’s in both living room and bedroom. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Great customer service, quick responses to all my questions. Loved having in apartment laundry facilities.

Older community - seems like it was on the end of its life. I hated that to turn on the bathroom light, you got the noisy fan. They should be separate. I didn’t like to be on the main floor.

We had a few issues with codes for the pool and gym, it took a while to solve, but eventually we had to ask another guest for their code. There was also an ant problem when we got there. They got into all of clothes and we had to wash everything.

It was very pretty. It had everything you needed. It was far enough for peach and quiet, but close enough for shopping and beach days!

Bathtub faucet leaks, the bathroom sink was clogged and the washing machine made and unholy racket that scared us to death the first time. Isolated location, next to noisy highway and in a flight path.

Liked the club house and pool. Liked the unit layout. And it was clean and kitchen was well equipped.

Booking.com advised that the property would be in contact with us. We were sent a contract to sign and were promised the entry information into the unit. The contract and requested information were submitted. However, up to the day of checking in we did not receive the information to enter the unit. We travelled to the location of the unit and still could not get in. We messaged the property, but no one answered. We went to another location to seek help. Two individuals used their cell phones to call the number we found on the website for the property, but there was no answer. On return to the property, we explained our dilemma to a tenant in hopes that they could assist us with any additional information. This kind tenant called the same the phone number for the property and after about 30 minutes someone finally responded and the representative of the Tucker Units sent the apartment number and pin for the unit door. We lost 2 hours trying to gain entry into the unit. Additionally, two of the televisions did not work, because the internet was not working properly in the unit. This placed a damper on our enjoyment of the amenities promised and paid for, and the time spent while at the unit.

The location was a good one, as it was not far from other areas we wanted to visit. The unit was comfortable and cozy. We were able to relax in peace and quiet. The unit was user friendly, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

Check in was a wreck! The door code was not emailed ahead of time. It was New Year’s Eve so the rental office on site was closed. I was outside for an hour trying to get someone on the phone to get into the apartment.

It is private, quiet, convenient, and CLEAN! I’m really funny about crevices, grout and walls. Yes, the walls! This is usually an issue in older hotels. Anyways, River Cove passed with flying colors.

The drain in the shower in the ensuite was blocked on arrival and on inspection to try and get it draining it was clogged with enough hair to make a full sized Chewbacca costume, which did make us a bit concerned about how clean other elements were. The Television is not connected to any form of local programming which means you could not use it to watch the news etc.

The location was great, easy to get to and close to things we wanted to do whilst in Fort Lauderdale. Great facilitates for the most part including great sized fridge, washer and dryer and comfortable furniture.

They failed to provide instructions on accessing the apt with the smart lock. Also, the apartment was not super clean (needed vacuuming, bathrooms not thoroughly cleaned). Most concerning: we couldn't use the pullout couch bc we noted ants in it bc it hadn't been cleaned.

The interior of the apartment was beautiful. The details of the coffee, dishwashing soap and laundry Detergent were great. The staff was very receptive and available when I needed to call.

There was no information or anybody to ask anything. Informarion about shops or places of interest would have been useful. My internet didnt work i had to log onto next doors.
