Not enough inner tubes for the lazy river, breakfast selection offered on resort was not very good, the water park feature is an additional charge and the decks in the pool areas get extremely hot. I’m not sure why they didn’t use a material that stays cooler IE cool decking. Also the bathrooms located in the pool areas use a tile that gets extremely slippery when wet, not sure why they didn’t use a different kind of flooring to avoid slipping. Everything looks stunning but not everything was built for practicality.

Clean comfortable rooms, nice vibe throughout the resort, 7 different pools with hot tubs to choose from, mini golf, bicycle riding, arcade, the tiki bars with adult drinks and virgin drinks for the kiddos!

I’m from South Carolina and the language barrier was difficult for us to communicate with the staff and maintenance. I understand it’s Florida and there’s a lot of French and Spanish languages. I just thought that there would have been more people that spoke fluent English. The elevators was probably the worst part about the resort. There’s no AC in it, and it delays when opening the door to get out which got very scary at some moments. Don’t expect to be at close parking to your room. Florida is a hot state and the balconies did not have a ceiling fan. The bowling alley is not in standard size it’s like an arcade size. I’m surprise this resort did not have breakfast available only lunch and dinner. One day before our arrival the resort sent out an email about discounted tickets for parks, I wish they would have said something at least a week before your arrival.

The rooms were very spacious. The rooms were also clean. We had a beautiful view of the lake. However, I wish we were on the six floor because some of the trees were in the way of the view. The pools were in walking distance from Suite 500 Walmart was less than four minutes away, we were in the center of Universal Studios, America, fun spot, icon Park, aquatica waterpark, and Seaworld. There was also an outlet that had great brands such as Coach,Nike,AéRopostale, Skechers and ect. The Cheesecake Factory was near the outlet and the outlet had 6 place to eat in the food court. The resort had i think 5 pool areas and one main water park. There was in decent size arcade for children 10 and under that would really enjoy. There was a bar and Grill along with a pizzeria. Food was great.

The only issue was the parking. We had to park far from our actual building because the few spaces available were full. The lake view we thought we were supposed to have wasn't really a lake view. But overall, we enjoyed the space.

I didn’t like the fact that u had to pay for the waterpark separate, you would’ve thought it came included with the room pricing. Not to mention the tickets where $20 for kids 4 yrs old smh

I like that it had the amenities like park, 7 pools, baketball court bikes and paddle boats. A lot to do on the property with your family

Room was really tight if you open the sofa bed. Sofa bed was typical uncomfortable mattress with bars and thin mattress.

King bed was very comfortable. Loved the Buccaneer pool and the snack bar and pool bar.

The Sales pitch that they try to sale you a bunch of stuff and time share after you check in they call for a escort which is the Sales people

Super Comfortable..Big alot of room..Screened in large porch was nice to watch fireworks at night from Epcot in the distance..We were in town for a Cheer Competition and were able to get rest and relax ..

The last time we were near the basketball court and someone was up early playing basketball. So I could sleep in due to the noise.

We had a screened in porch on the 6th floor overlooking a gorgeous lake. The beds are big and comfy. The staff works really hard and we’re all helpful and kind.

I The housekeeping staff was not professional on my checkout day. Housekeeping was very rude to be knocking on people's doors 3 early morning before checkout profusely knocking on doors
