Mattress on pull out couch needs to be replaced immediately. Could not use it due to jutting springs. Needed another blanket and a few more towels.

There were a lot of residents at this location that made it feel like we were intruding. It would have been nice to know the rules of the amenities before arriving. For example, the pool area closed at 11PM and there was no warning that the gates and facilities locked automatically. The apartment was clean, but it was clear that it needed a deep cleaning that has been long overdue.

The property was fantastic in that it was really well situated, close to Amelia Island downtown and to the beach areas. It was a great mix of amenities overall. The pool area was really wonderful!

The keypad to get in and out gave us a very hard time our last night there. When I was placing my hand over top to turn it on it would just randomly start selecting numbers and tell me the code was wrong. Also I wasn’t sent leaving instructions until after I left the property.

I didn't like that the apartment wasn't vacuum. The shower door didn't look cleaned, and the master bathroom smelled like cigarettes .

Could be a bit cleaner. Floors were sticky and hasn't been mop. Bottle of milk left in the refrigerator, stove had crumbs left on it. Overall nothing to make a big deal about. Would definitely stay again.

We paid for a two bedroom as our son was with us. It really isn’t great when you have three people in a rental that you paid good money for but, aside from the living area there was nowhere for more than two to sit. The balcony only had two seat as well as the kitchen island. Eating a meal together was tricky. The balcony could also use a very good cleaning.

The place was fairly clean inside. The beds were comfortable. Good bbq area.

The location was great but you do sacrifice road noise, did not bother me as much as my husband and daughter, but it was there most of time. The few critiques I have: the laundry and dryer sheets not be stored in same basket as coffee pods and other food items; kitchen floor was dirty, not visible unless you have white socks or bare feet then you notice; no oven mitts but able to make due with ample towels they provided and lastly the trash process needed to be posted in the apartment with the list they had on wall for procedures. I had never heard of "valet" garbage collection but I love it!

The apartment was nicely furnished and kitchen was fully stocked. I appreciated all the supplies like dish and hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, sponge for kitchen, dishwasher and laundry detergent with dryer sheets. They thought of everything and we did not have to bring or purchase other items for our stay and the ice maker worked!! Plus the TVs were a great size and much appreciated for watching the NCAA tournament. Best of all allowing the dogs!! and no extra fee. Plus the amenities at the complex were fantastic, the pool was beautiful, large and although too cold to enjoy the deck space, grilling area, large swings, couches with electric fire place, pool table and outdoor TVs was another bonus. We did workout and the equipment and free weights were impressive for the space. The contact with agency was effective and fast and they were friendly and addressed my questions. I called as well as emailed in App. They also let me change my arrival date, love Booking.com. Would definitely come again in warmer weather and great location for biking. We did not bring our bikes but highly recommend it, so many trails, paved and unpaved.

The shower has a really bad issue. It is starting to crack and could be a problem for the tenants below. This really is a serious issue. Also the shower curtain rod is almost to fall off. It appears the bathroom and shower needs serious work. As for the overall cleanliness, the baseboards need dusting bad. And the refrigerator had not been cleaned it had finger wall over it and looked like someone was spilled on the door. The dishes were also not very clean. Has to be washed before using. And the coffee maker did not work.

It was very modern and appeared over all clean.

Our particular apartment overlooked a busier road so it was a bit noisy for sleeping. Curtains over the blinds might have helped with noise and helped darken room for sleeping. We tried the lovely pool area, sadly the water was too cool for swimming. Would have loved a hot tub!

The apartment was spacious and well stocked. Tons of closet space, washer and dryer, etc. Our stay was short so we didn’t use it all.

Towels were small and thin, could be better. Toys and food crumbs in cushions of the couch, which is also a sleeper. Hair on the shower curtain from whoever was there before us.

Location was good. Would stay again in the future. Pool and common area were great! Parking was easy and using the lock was easy. Very good space and large closets. Beds were very comfortable.

No strainer or stopper for sink (made it impossible to do just a few dishes). No guide on how to work Television/remote. Having only Samsung streaming TV was very limiting to choices (no local network channels - ABC/CBS/NBC).

The common area furniture looks cute but isn't very comfortable for sitting around with family after dinner. Also, being pet friendly we did find that there are fleas in the apartment and we had to treat our dog when we left.

I love how easy the facilities are for those traveling with animals. Also I really love that the bottom floor is accessible for my disabled mother, and the bathroom was easy for her to get in and out of as well! The maintenance staff came right out when we had an issue with the door lock.

We selected the property over Thanksgiving. There were minimal kitchen supplies, given the size of the condo and kitchen. The shower walls were clean but the shower floor had hair around the drain. Some of the dishes were dirty when we pulled them from the cabinet.

The rental condo wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom. It had trash behind the toilet, near the trash can, but there were also small hairs and residue on the sink from toothpaste. It was nothing that I couldn't live with, but it should have been cleaner. In addition, there was dust and dog hair near the kitchen bar. I was only there a short time so I didn't need to complain since I was leaving soon. I didn't like the street noise from the bedroom. I am a light sleeper so I heard traffic all night. That was my issue, not the condo's issue. I put in some earplugs for night 2 and slept ok.

I enjoyed having the code to enter the condo. I arrived really late on Thursday and it was easy to just arrive and enter to rental unit. Very clear instructions. I also enjoyed having a welcome "box" with bottles of water with the coffee and tea. It was refreshing to have upon arrival. The washing machine and dryer were a good bonus as well.
