I’m not a fan of downtown areas however the neighborhood seemed relatively safe.

Owner was very quick with responses, super helpful with a misunderstanding about fees and the home had everything we needed for a 3 days stay.

The lock codes we were given didn't work the first night we got there. However the owner was helpful and didn't take long to fix the situation. Then again on our last night we couldn't use the garage because the code wouldn't work to open the garage side door so we could park inside. Other than that stay was fantastic.

The overall stay was great and conveniently located to everything we visited while on vacation, and it was nice to have a garage to park in. The house was older but clean. Hot water was great, and so was shower pressure. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. I would use this house again if we had to go back to Cleveland.

It was the basement unit. On the last two nights, It was noisy upstairs until late in night.

It was convenient to Cleveland clinic. It's was clean and management responded to concerns quickly.

It was a nice stay but slightly harder for me to get up and down the front stairs leading into the home no hand rails other than that definitely enjoyed the stay!

The bumblebee theme was very cute.

The bed in the bedroom was hard. We're tall, so we had to duck in a few spots in the house, mainly when entering and exiting the house.

It was a cute, quaint, clean basement unit. Had tower fans/heaters, which worked excellent for the space! We were basically only there to sleep and get ready for our events, so it definitely did the job. The kitchen stools were cute & comfy. Stylish home and well decorated for the colors yellow & black! 🫶🏻 The owner has excellent communication!

I didn't like the sump pump running 24/7. It was very noisy and we had to turn the TV way up to muffle the sound.

Nothing major - we did think the queen bed leaned a bit towards the middle

Owner was very responsive and helpful for all of our questions. Location was great. Instructions for self check in were good as well as for accessing the parking garage. Nice to sit out on the front porch at night and in the morning. Place seemed pretty clean but we really just used the bedroom and bathroom.

It was the basement though, Mr Fernandez made it very appealing with recess lights, white paint and little touches to make it really cozy. The door that leads to basement was difficult to navigate coz it opens at a weird angle and it was a challenge to bring our luggage downstairs.

The proximity to downtown attraction is a plus. The host Mr. Fernandez, is very accommodating and respond promptly to any queries. He even allowed us to use the washer and dryer and when we can't find the toaster he rushed order one from Amazon.

areas too low to walk standing up, uncomfortable sofa, uncomfortable bed, you can't lift your arms when taking a shower and you still have to get down to the toilet, too bad to be true. No Windows, the people in the house made a lot of noise at night, it was impossible to sleep with the noise from the exhaust fans too

We didnt like anything at all, they put us in a bunker with no windows, I want my money back. Booking sould us the idea of a house not a bunker

I had to shovel the snow, and they were cockroaches in the kitchen, took pictures, sent to the listing agent. Left an hour after being there, and was denied a refund.
