It was very noisy at night, enough to wake our baby multiple times. The unit also felt a bit run down, including squeaky mattresses and a floor that appeared clean but left the bottom of our socks black.

First 4-5 days WIFI connection in our apartment was not working and we could not watch TV although two TVs were placed in the apartment. That problem was resolved later. Also, it was unfortunate that the swimming pool in the building was under repair hence unavailable to the resident and guests. That problem, however, is responsibility of the building management.

The spacious apartment was well furnished in a perfectly located building in Coral Gables. Good size balcony gave my wife and me a nice view on Coral Gables. Good parking arrangements contributed to our comfortable two-week stay

Needs a little maintenance, shower leaked and AC was noisy. A bit cumbersome to get in the parking and building with all the codes but Tucker staff helped us through that.

There are too many long codes to remember. It was annoying. 5 digits code to park, another 5 digits code to open garage door, another 5 digit code to use the elevator, and another 5 digit code to open the front apartment door. lamp in the living room falling off the wall.. Bathroom door hard to close it. Front Door lock pad will not wake up with finger touching.

Location, apartment size, good AC. Nice garaged cover parking with easy access to the apartment. Lots of shopping walking distance.

- I rented a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom and they gave us a 1 Bathroom. This was uncomfortable. - The apts should have showers, not tubs. The place should be more handicap friendly. - The rooms should have blackouts, for a better sleep. - The living room TV was not working properly, and they should of changed it immediately, and they didn't - The internet was not working when we arrived. - There should be more hangers in the rooms. - There should be hangers for the towels in the bathroom.

The area/location was perfect. The apt was very comfortable. The kitchen well equipped. Great gym!

Haven't received the instructions in advance. With the late check-in it was tricky to get inside, the number of building in booking was the office. Fortunately, they have somebody great in support by phone.

The pool wasn’t open. It was a challenge figuring out how to get in the place with so many different codes. Codes to the garage, codes to the entrance and elavator, then to the apartment. The bed was really hard. Also..FIX THE DRYER IT WAS SO SQUEAKY THAT I COULDN’T BARE TO DRY THE CLOTHES.

I liked the security of it. I felt safe. It was a beautiful place. I liked that it had a parking garage too. The pillows weren’t those cheap hotel quality. They were more firm and comfortable. It was close to the airport and where I had my surgery.

The cable didn’t work for 4 days out of the stay and we couldn’t. The check-in instructions were not correct and we had trouble with the code for the elevator and the apartment. There is nobody at the property to talk to and the customer service that we called was nice but it took her a long time to figure the proper codes for the apartment and elevator. Also, the address # was incorrect, were 340 Giralda not Aragon.

Some details and fixtures need repair. There was a lot of noice from repairs in the complex. Because it was on the first floor this also contributed to noise early in the mornings.
