The stairs. As a registered disabled I struggled to get up the stairs with my heavy suitcase. My small mobility scooter had to stay in the kitchen.

No breakfast was booked. The room was comfortable and the bathroom, although shared was clean with a very food powerful shower.

Room was small, towels could have been nicer (they were one use and paper thin) and you can hear everything everybody else in the building is doing.

Location was fine, mattress was comfortable enough.

The kitchen nearly empty! Cupboards are nearly empty, there is like 1 cup, 1 plate, plastic cutlery. Also there is no soap. There is a kitchen with a chair. No more space to sit and eat.

Door hooks can be useful in some rooms that don’t have closets…but overall my stay was a plus…

I don't feel there safe - due to the other guests. Unfortunately we were a bit confused and unintentionally tried to get to another room. The guest was totally high and very unfriendly. The another thing is that the walls are pretty thin, you can here there everything .. during the night another guest was coughing, choking.. and vomitting... If you wanna stay there one night, that's ok.. but I can't imagine spending there more time..

The accomodation was clean, nice and situated near the city center. The host gave a quick response how to get to the apartment. Good price.

The towels provided were disposable, looked like giant napkins. It was a bit weird, so I bought a real towel. Other than that, it was all good.

Needed maybe door hooks to hang clothing in some of the rooms.. that don’t have closets…

Area the property was located looks redeveloped.. still in the process though.. but good .. The bathroom was next to my room was convenient but share with one guest on the same floor.. it was ok..very neat

Owner changed the front door code without telling me and I was outside in a somewhat bad area. I was not happy about that. Also, I was guaranteed an early check-in (10 AM to 11 AM) uponst arrival but did not receive a room when I arrived. The other said this was due to the other guest still being in room. Thankfully, I had already showered before leaving my home city that morning because an hour and a half after I arrived to Baltimore, I had to ride the Amtrak to Washington D.C. as I had already purchased tickets beforehand. The owner gave me the entrance code and had me put my unsecured baggage in the basement. Again, I was not happy about that.

The bed was extremely hard. Did not like sharing a bathroom with the other rooms in the house. Feel like they needed updates sheets, blankets, and pillows. The pillows were flat and appeared to be used for awhile. Comforter had stains on them. Had to run to target to get pillows, towels, a blanket, and wash clothes. The bathroom had other people's toothbrushes and razors in it. We were on the second floor and we could here whoever was on third floor every movement. Other than that, it was pretty quiet.

I liked the room. The house was very clean. Thought this was like a studio apartment, however it was a house with the other rented rooms. I did like the security of the home. Parking limited but accessible. The renter did not take long to respond.

The room smelled like smoke, which was the most significant downside for me.

The room is ok for one night or two. The location is good, bordering Little Italy.

Well I’m older and I’m used to nicer accommodations. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But the room was just a little bigger than the bed itself and there was no closet or space for two people to place and open up their suitcases. The neighborhood seemed somewhat sketchy but I’m not sure about that and I didn’t have any problems. Also I thought I was getting a room with a private bath, but I probably misread the listing.

The room is minuscule, no room for a large suitcase, you can hear people in other rooms talking and the bathroom rug was disgusting. As a woman traveling alone, it felt unsafe to be alone in a house with strangers. I didn’t know who I was sharing the bathroom with but found underwear and toothbrush in bathroom. Gross! Also stylish means an Eiffel Tower poster in the room. Not sure why they call it stylish. The comforter cover was put properly. It just looked sketchy.

At 9pm a group of 4 people congregated in the kitchen smoking and playing loud music downstairs. They were sitting on the kitchen bench. I tried to use the kitchen but they didn't move so I ended up leaving. By 11pm there was more than 10 people with loud music, food and smoking. More and more cars pulled up with more and more people came into the house. The smoke alarm went off three times because of their cigarettes. I called the owner, no reply. I messaged them, no reply. I called bookings.com and they too could not reach the owners. At midnight I called the police because the smoke was so strong, and the noise was so loud. The police said that because I wasn't the owner of the house, there was nothing they could do. I did not shower, eat or sleep that night. It was a horrible experience. I have asked for a refund and I am still waiting. The owners of this place have not replied to my messages. Do not stay here, save yourself.

Wish the stay time was longer I get up at 11 not be ready by 11 I think you’re manger needs to upgrade the check out time but far as the room amazing
