Very clean, easy to get to, have security patroling area at night. Staff friendly and nice to have a kitchen in the city. Pet friendly.

Decor was plain, and there was some wear and tear that was noticed There was no accent chair and there was only 1 nightstand. When I inquired at the desk as to what happened I was told that the Choice Corporation no longer required these in their rooms. So this facility has been removing them. I can only assume that perhaps if these items get damaged, they remove them and just don't bother to replace . Unfortunately, our room was one of them. It leaves a big bare area that is just totally unappealing. What's funny is their pictures on their website and at the front desk show the rooms with the accent chair.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Property had nice curb appeal, and the room was clean. Kitchenette was what sold it.

Room contained worn, chipped bathroom sink. Was not a bright room but had plenty of artificial light. Cooling system loud and sleep prohibitive so the room was warm through the night. Attendant used ORTHO weed killer which was it an organic brand to spray weeds right outside room doors!

From the outside, property showed well. I had to change my room due to a strong nicotine odor. Consequently, the next room was clean but very worn. I liked that they accepted my service dog. I liked that they were willing to extend my stay to 8 days after I arrived.

Room was old and outdated. Did not feel clean. I would never have paid $280/ night for this hotel, if not for the Balloon Fiesta. Turned on the heat and the fire alarm went off. Front Desk was not concerned and said there was probably dust on the coils. Burning smell remainined for hours. Bathroom sink was chipped.

Kitchenette was nice to have. We were able to shop at Wal-mart very close by for easy to prepare meals. Also, location was only a couple miles from Park & Ride for Balloon Fiesta. Nice goody bag they left in room with Event schedules and snacks. That was much appreciated. Bed was comfy.

The threat on the mirror, to not stain the washcloths, made me feel uneasy. Also wasn't thrilled with the location, but I realize there is not much you can do about that.

We weren't offered a breakfast. We LOVED that there were ice trays, utensils and dishes to eat from and cook with! A very nice perk. Loved that there was a fully functioning kitchen!

Room was a bit smaller than it appeared online. The room pictured had a loveseat-size couch shown but my room had a stuffed chair. The proximity to the highway makes for continual background noise. I had thought it was a bit further from the highway. Maybe it's a lot quieter on the N. side of the building.

It was a nice room with comfortable bed and furniture, close by parking and a large fridge and decent kitchenette and coffee maker. Towels were good, not scratchy as were the bed linens.

I didn't like that the first room smelled like smoke, was supposed to be a non smoking. I asked to be moved and they complied. Didn't like that I had to ask for blow dryer, iron and board.

I liked that it had a full kitchen. It had everything that was needed to cook and eat.

No chair just for sitting in the room. Parking is sometimes an issue, not able to park near room.

The accessible facilities were good. We like the kitchenette supplied with pots and pans. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice towels, etc. in the bathrooms.

Area is a bit shady. Room is old and badly needs renovation. Counter tops are worn out and shower needs update.

Location was OK. Parking was plenty. BBQ restaurant within walking distance.

Second night woke up turned on the bathroom light and there were a few German cockroaches scurrying around.- ones that were different sizes so different generations; there was about five of them. Grossed me out! But you can't expect every place to not have any cockroaches.. I didn't have any other incidences so that was good news!

Very nice setup with the kitchen and the bathtub was pretty good size even on the second floor. The air worked really well both heat and cooling. And I really liked the staff was extra helpful and gave me back my security deposit almost immediately! Great place for even better price!

Blankets had cigarette burnt holes and the room smelled like cigarette bad even though the mirror in the room had a huge sticker that stated "NO SMOKING".

Big room, friendly and professional staff. Clean as could be.

Bathroom needs upgrading. The floor was NOT scrubbed in our unit. Cupboard shelves needed a good cleaning along with the dishes.

Had a stale smell when we entered the room. They questioned why we needed a fourth towel set when we had 4 people booked for the room and came to find only 3 sets. Until I stated we had four people not three the guy was saying no we can not give you an extra set unless you state why you need it.
