You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere was no breakfast, but I was not expecting one. Only 1 small towel for 2 people with no change for the second day. Sex workers ply their trade while pimps stay parked in the handicap spaces. Quite an uncomfortable experience for this old couple. The room door had been busted into and repaired poorly. It took kicks and shoves to close from the inside. TV is streaming through "Samsung +", hundreds of channels of nothingness. No live options for news or weather could be found.
During a race weekend with prices jacked up and motels nearly full, I found a room for $70. That was about half of the going rate. The clerk who checked us in was very helpful and cordial. (But we never saw her again).

United KingdomThe washers and dryers, snack machines, nasty attitude from some of the staff. I had bottled water stolen from me and later I saw a staff member with the exact same brand and size, Smart Water, but they denied and management backed them. I apologized for getting an attitude about the water and instead of the employee just accepting my apology and I gave them a case of water that I didn't have room for because I am homeless, he responded with if you really to make up for it you need to pickup after my service animals. I told him that I was going sometimes but not always. There are at least 9 other dogs that are staying there. It was my last day anyway I wouldn't be going back.

United States of AmericaThe room was not clean, dropped some water on the floor went to get it up and towel was BLACK WITH DRIT, people that live thr were very rude. No enough towels, rags, toilet paper. Lots of shady stuff going on at this place, to many people outside in parking lots, dog poop in hallways, elevator and at exits. Room was not Claen, toothpaste on toilet top lid. No art on walls, had to wipe off everything as soon as we got thr. You need to take this site off, BOOKING.COM

United States of AmericaI stayed for 2 weeks the first room was clean and nice the second one was clean and okay but the third room I stayed in you can tell housekeeping did not come in to sweep the floor with dog hair all on it. The tub still had people hair in it from the last person staying there so the tub was dirty. Told the lady at the front desk lady said only housekeeping come one day out of the week so I basically had to clean the room myself. But if you have customers who wants a clean room and does not like dogs certain rooms should be rented to people with dogs and other rooms should be rented to people without animals.
The location was close to my job.

United States of AmericaThe inside looks like something from a horror movie. The laundry and vending machines halfway work. It feels like being in a prison the only way in or out the facility is the front door all of the handles were taken off the doors. The fact that every reservation I make online I pay at check-in and when it's time to check out I have an unpaid balance over $20 but less than $25. When I ask for what, I'm told it's a tax adjustment. There is no public transportation I have to walk 1.3 miles to catch the bus daily to get to work.
Not really to fond of the hotel just an inconvenience to move all our belongings to another location without transportation

Direct TV was nice. Also had a massive bug on the door frame just chilling. Needs new beds, hallways are dark and sketchy. Everyone was very nice. Just the hotel in general not so much.
