To be honest there were a lot of drugs and I saw some staff using and buying drugs too

This property was suppose to be drug and smoke free however it reaked of Marijuana. The room was dinky and needed to be updated.

No exercise room, no phone, no coffee maker, plus had to put $100 filler damage deposit. It's been 6 days and deposit hasn't been return back to me.

There was no housekeeping The whole floor smelled like feet and beef We needed a later checkout and the manager was so rude and u helpful. Asking about how much I make a year and saying I’ll have to pay $300 for the housekeeper to clean it if I stayed past 12:00.

Thé bedroom was very cozy and clean when we got in.

They treated me like I was a problem wouldn't let me rebook my room even though they said I could. And because they failed to tell me the truth about my staying there I had to ask for a late checkout and took my deposit from me cause I asked for a late checkout even though they made the mistake telling me 1 thing then another. Also a shooting happened in the buildinbwhile being there and the staff failed to mention what happened. And the manager lady treated me horribley rude she discriminated and profiled me as this hoodlum because of my appearance. Ex.(Tattoos and Piercings). O and someone had defecate in the elevator and no one did anything but left it and never cleaned it up.

I liked the convenience of the location for food and transportation is walking distance.

Floors were so sticky in Kitchen area and bathroom Clumps of Hair on bathroom floor. Had people knocking on the door before check out time to see if we were still there.

I was not aware that dogs are allowed, therefore my room was not cleaned. There was no wifi during my stay, and the phone number to call for assistance does not work.

The only thing that I liked about the property was the location. There are food options, the freeway is close, etc.

When we checked in we had no towels, bedding or pillow cases. One of the workers there went crazy on a guest and left with no one behind the desk. Overall it was ok. Need better staff.

Half the lights in the room didn't work, need bulbs changed requested them fix for three days and was never addressed during the stay.

The people around and at the hotel seemed very sketchy. The stairwell reeked of smoke and filth. The room was fairly dirty when we walked in. The room looked deteriorated where the floor meets the walls and in the bathroom.

The property outside was very well taken care of. Check in was super quick and easy. I was able to find the room very easily.

TV didn't work, drain in bath tub backed up, kitchenette sink drained very slow, air conditioner worked poorly, no clock/alarm, no front desk help. Worst room I've had in years-including in mountain towns!

The hotel has seemed less taken care of each time of the 3 times I have stayed there over the past 5-6 years. There was no towel/trash service to the room on a daily basis. The office had limited hours some on was there. It is progressively less clean with each visit. I noticed that I was leaving foot prints in the tub, so I took my wet wash rag and rubbed a small spot in the middle of the bathroom floor. The wash cloth had a black spot from where I had rubbed it. This grime was not brought in the room by my friend and I.

It is a great location for me when I have come to the Denver area. It is close to the places I had to go. Very close to the Delectable Egg- a great place for breakfast

The linoleum in the room was sticky, the carpet was gross and dirty. The hallways smelled badly/musty. There was a bed bug on the wall next to the check in desk
