Every night people were outside my door laughing and talking , the women at breakfast told me i can’t take my refill coffee to go i can only have one (and it was the same cup) , the hallways were pretty nasty

Everything outside the room was terribly neglected. The room numbers were on sheets of paper taped to the wall. The carpet in the hallways was stained with paint. Machinery and garbage were left in hallways and stairwells. The door nearest my room could not be opened from the outside, even with a key; I had to carry my bags a great distance. Someone came at eight in the morning to ask whether I wanted housekeeping—when I was staying for only one night. When I checked in, the clerk tried to fob me off with a room having only a queen-size bed when I had paid for one with a king-size bed.

The room itself was spacious and reasonably well equipped, even with a kitchenette (though no dishes, utensils, or crockery). Breakfast, included, was disappointing: the scrambled eggs swam inedibly in a pool of water, and the sausage was cold.

Carpet is old and dirty, cabin in the room has no door, sink cabin has no door. Shampoo bottle is empty, soap is very tiny.

The floors in the hallways were gross and there was garbage everywhere outside by our entrance to the building. The beds were hard, the rooms weren't very clean and we were given 1 towel. We asked the front desk for 1 more towel because there was 2 of us and was told no we were given a sufficient amount of towels. The checkout process takes about 20 mins if you pay cash. We ended up being stuck in Salt Lake an extra night and opted to pay $20 more to stay at the comfort inn instead. It was a much better experience and they even have an indoor pool and hot tub.

The check in clerk was nice but that's as far as it goes other than it being close to where we needed to be.

The whole hotel itself is stunk. It was dirty people doing drugs outside the doors wouldn’t lock all the way is easy to break in the room. It was horrible.

The room was definitely in bad shape. The electrical outlets were not working properly for us to plug in our chargers.

It was cheap and close to the airport. We flew in late and just wanted to sleep before our 5 hour drive back to Wyoming. It served its purpose.

Everything. Staffs are rude and place is dirty. Breakfast is marginal at the best

Nothing. Whole building carpet is dirty. Its a studio unite with kitchen utensils and stove. There is nothing in the room. No water. No coffee or coffee maker. No folks no pans and pots. No glass cups or anything can be microwaved. Terrible.

The hotel is so dirty, smells awful and you can not rest because of all the noise in it. Bad service, our bathroom does not have light, I called the reception and NEVER arranged it. The refrigerator does not cool a bit. This is the worst hotel we ever been.

I do NOT like a single thing in this hotel. So dirty, so noisy, awful smell in it.

Leaking ceilings and rotten floors, family got food poisoning from eating breakfast.. Rotten moldy ceiling with dripping water and rotten walls, replacement room had a broken bathroom door which wouldn't shut. Open electrical panels through the facility..
