There was a little mixup with the number of sofa beds in one unit, but we made it work. The North side seems to be brand new construction so there may be some small issues (we had an issue with a water censor) but it was resolved promptly.

I don't usually leave reviews but I hope this convinces some of you to stay here. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it more traditional modern (and not unique like some other options)? Yes. But wow, is this is a great rental. Best location possible for Zion in my opionion. Amazing beds, windows that are actually noise deadening, bathrooms that are not only immaculate but actually well made. Pool and hottubs and pool towels. A kitchen that is actually well-stocked. No overreaching checkout instructions. Best rental I've been in in a long time.

The only slightly disappointing aspect of the stay was the lack of comfortable seating in the upstairs gathering space/living- not a deal breaker by any means, but it would have been nice to have a few more options.

The kitchen was great and well stocked; the location was perfect, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Everything about the stay was easy and lovely.

There are huge glass sliding doors and windows throughout the suite which makes it very easy for anyone outside the apartment to see inside from far away. Luckily, there are floor length shades that provide privacy.

Stayed for two nights with my family in November 2023. Room and facilities were very clean and there were many amenities provided (shampoo/conditioner/detergent). The shower was enormous and the water was instantly hot. There is also a hot tub and pool on the property, although we didn't make use of it. Washer and dryer were brand new. They provided a pack-n-play for our infant to sleep in.

If you need to rely on wifi, which we didn't, this is not the place for you. The wifi cut out and required resigning in multiple times a day.

We rented this property expecting to use the pool and jacuzzi. We were told last minute it was not available and gave us a $50/day reduction. Also, from online pictures the property had spectacular views. But they didn’t tell us which unit we are staying at until we got here…of course we got the unit with street and parking lot view.

Finding the unit and entrance could have been easier if they also provided a map for each unit within each building.

The property managers did not tell us that the pool and jacuzzi were out of commission. The property is quite expensive and one of the selling points is the jacuzzi, especially after mountain biking and hiking. Moreover, our villa is for 8 people, but when you try to cook, the biggest skillet is extremely small. Very hard to make a dinner for our large group.

Great location, very clean condo. The game room was a big hit. It had a BBQ, which was nice and parking was super easy. The property is right in front of the Zion shuttle, so that was super convenient. The property found a safe place for us to lock up our mountain bikes, which we were super appreciative.

Unfortunately, the keypad to get access to the villa was running low on batteries so we had to call over the phone when we arrived. They sorted out quickly and let us in. The following morning the same problem appeared so they came and replaced the batteries. It was not a big problem, but for someone arriving late at night (during winter like we did) it could be not so nice.

The property is brand new, fully (and I mean, FULLY) equipped. All the appliances are new and work perfectly. It is extremely comfortable. Location is excellent. We had a fantastic experience during our stay.

I loved the space, how equipped the kitchen was, the views through windows, the open space, the bbq and outside patio.

The master bedroom was windowless, although the glass door did provide some natural light. The dining table was not large enough and there were not enough dining chairs for our group to sit together at meals. The outdoor grill was a mess. It was caked with grease and had not been cleaned in a long time.

Beds too soft and sagged in the middle. Kitchen cabinets banged into appliances and each other. Space to store food in kitchen so high up required a ladder to reach. Advertised pool was unavailable. We had children in our party and would have stayed elsewhere had we been informed. Poor insulation, people upstairs could be heard just walking around and HVAC unit outside bedroom was loud turning off and on all night. Overpriced for what you get.

The door when I opened to washing machine door mad me gag. I cleaned it out and ran a hot wash to further clean it. When I started the washer there was a sewer odor that I discovered was coming from the drain near the water heater. I resolved this by pouring water down the drain. We returned from hiking one day to the air conditioner not working. I resolved this by switching the breaker. My husband had called the property manager prior to this resolution and left a message about it. There was a response about two hours later and we were informed that someone would check on it the next morning while we planned to be hiking. I don’t know if someone did that or not but I needed to switch the breaker two more times that night and next morning because the air conditioner wasn’t working. We were also not happy about the wedding parties going on which prevented us from sleeping.
