Security was barely seen 8 cars were broken into during our stay. We kept having to get our keys activated. The handle on the door leading to the bedroom kept coming off. The elevator was out of order with no signage, letting the guest know. Only a pot in the kitchen.

The room size was nice. For our group of 3. It was clean. The food staff was awesome Ms.Robin especially.

The pool was closed for maintenance. They didn’t reserve a room with 2 queen beds so we had two suits instead with no door joining them. I worried about my 13 yo son being alone in his room the entire stay. Then on our second night they didn’t have us down as being in that room so they locked my son out of his room. We had to go to the front desk , at 2 AM, after attending the event we were in town for to get it straightened out and get a new key. Thank goodness his belongings were still in the room and housekeeping didn’t clean it all out!

The heated pool wasn't open because of the freeze. There was kids in the next room that was screaming at 11 at night.

Breakfast needed more selection. Very disappointed in the breakfast. Wish they had a hot tub. The pool was warm but not hot like advertised.

Airport shuttle is easy going to the airport. More difficult to schedule a return. That is small in the big picture.

I had to fly out of ATL the next day. I eliminated the drive from Gainesville that early morning by doing so. Too much of a risk to think that long of drive through the city won't have issues. Happy they had an airport shuttle. Happy they had optional reasonable paid parking for the week too. I'd stay there again. Staff was very good.

booked a king received doubles… didn’t want. The sofa bed couch was horrible, old, very raggedy. The pillowcases & towels all had long hairs on them throughout the room. Not enough lighting. ,also the living area of the rooms needs major attention

The furniture was old and the pull out bed was very thin and uncomfortable. Breakfast should start at 6 for people who are catching early flights.

We didn't get our room cleaned throughout the whole stay! Only got clean towels and trash pulled when we asked for it. The morning receptionist was very rude! I forgot his name he had one of his arms in a sling.

The room was nice and big the location was great and we loved Mrs. Robin she was so nice and helpful she made us feel right at home. She has amazing customer service skills. She made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed! Loved her!

The beds weren’t very comfortable, and the pull out couch bed was at a slant and could not be used. The faucet in the bathroom was broken, the shower appeared to be chipping all over and the water took 5-10 mins to warm up, the curtains in the living room area were stained brown, we were only provided one towel upon arrival and had to go track down additional towels. Neither pool was open. For $200 a night my expectations would be that the room is nice and I’m working order, especially for a Hilton hotel. I feel I should have paid $80-$100 a night MAX for this stay.

The only plus was the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.

We needed 3 rooms. When we checked in at 4pm, we were told that the other 2 rooms might be at a different hotel because they were overbooked. Ultimately, we were able to get all rooms at this hotel, but that's unreasonable to expect people getting in at midnight to then go to a different hotel. Because we managed to check in at 4pm, we got the rooms. This means others had to go elsewhere.
