To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like the valet. I like to and use to coming and going as I please. I don’t like to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to bring me my car, every event I was late to because I had to wait 20-30 minutes for my car to be brought, then i know I w suppose to give a tip, but o didn’t want to because it took so long for me to get my car, then I felt bad if I didn’t, but I really didn’t want to. On my last day i requested my car 15 minutes ahead of time, I received a text message back stating there was no capacity for text request due to limited capacity, I walk down 5 minutes later and it’s 4 guys just standing there talking and only took him 3 minutes to get my car. I loved the area and the hotel, but the parking is a problem. Also my refrigerator didn’t work.
The property was clean. It was quite and I like how I barley saw any other guest, it was like I had the building to myself until I walked outside to the valet.

United States of AmericaThe hotel was out of regular half and half or any creamer that wasn't sweetened, the entire stay. There never seemed to be anyone at the front desk and the staff doesn't have uniforms so it was hard to identify who to ask for a particular request.
The rooms and the hotel were fresh and modern and the location was great. The staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaThe bottom of the shower liners in the bathroom were orange and needed to be changed. Stayed for 3 nights and requested extra towels each day from staff on day and night shift. It took the operations manager to honor our request on our very last night. Location and room was good, but the staff was sorry. Even the night shift valet guy had an horrible attitude.
The rooms was a nice size, very spacious. The location was perfect. Complimentary breakfast is always a bonus!

United States of AmericaThe bar in the lounge area was very limited, with not a lot to choose from. The breakfast was ok; not the best. My son wanted to go swimming but the pool was dirty. Parking was very expensive. What was supposed to be a $580 stay, turned out to be almost $800. I also had to call the front desk several times for them to bring me sheets for the pullout bed.
The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect as well.

United States of AmericaJust a few things in my room, like the coffee maker didn’t have filters with it or the proper coffee bags to actually make coffee. The toilet ran forever after flushing! Not sure why. And the tv remotes didn’t work for the bedroom or the living room. Just small stuff!

United States of AmericaThe parking garage was a bit of a nightmare. Had to wait in line over 30 minutes just to get into the garage. I believe the problem was people getting into the garage and not realizing they had to pay for parking, and trying to back out. Created a bit of a traffic nightmare. In the end the staff decided to valet park everyone and handle it really well.
The front desk was extremely busy when we arrived. The parking lot was backed up three blocks beyond the hotel. Everyone in line was rude and impatient. The staff at the front desk handled everything extremely professionally and kept their cool. They were awesome! Our reservation was with Homewood Suites, but there were no rooms available by the time we checked in. They transferred our reservation over to the Hilton Garden, loved our room, no issues at all.

United States of AmericaThe hotel was very nice, however, we had no housekeeping. I guess it's because of COVID. We stayed 6 days and I would had like the bathroom freshen up and the floors vacuumed. I requested it but it never happened. They should at least leave a broom and dust pan so we could sweep. You had to call the main desk when you needed fresh towels and I would ask the housekeeper on our floor, who was cleaning rooms of people who had checked out in the morning, for tissues and toilet paper. Also, no bell hops. When we arrived, there were no luggage carts available. We were told by the valets to ask the front desk about a luggage cart and the front desk told us to ask the valets. We finally found a small luggage cart but my husband had to make two trips upstairs because we had a lot of luggage because we stayed for 6 days. We are in our 70's and fairly healthy, (I do walk with a cane), but it was very hard. Also, one of the amenities was a Keurig coffee maker in the room. When we arrived, it was another type of coffee maker that used PODS. We had brought a whole box of K cups for the Keurig. This is our favorite coffee. We call down to the desk and asked them if they could find us a Keurig coffee maker. Well, they did and we were very happy about it. The first machine they gave us, did not work. The employee came right back up with another Keurig coffee maker that did work. This was very important to us. We are coffee drinkers. If the hotel did not advertise that the rooms had Keurig coffee makers, we would have brought our own. Also, You had to leave your trash out in the hall because of no housekeeping. It wasn't a big deal, just different.
The breakfast was okay. I understand it was not a hot breakfast because of COVID. Could have had cereal. Valets were great! See below for comments. I do want to give the valet's an A. My daughter-in-law had an electric scooter and they were always there to help my son put it in the car. They were very attentive. See below for additional information.

The location of the hotel was great. Easy to get to and from. Room was large and clean with a great view.

United States of AmericaI dislike the valet parking, not worth any money, very unprofessional. Side by side rooms were not available, but were vacant. The toilet in my room had a loud running water sound, that interrupted your sleep. I informed front desk nothing happened, also the stove had only one burner working. The room wasn't Lysol clean as they say, it could of been cleaner. Just wasn't impressed with this hotel.
