There were no extra blankets and pillows for the couch bed in the rooms. We had to ask for them, which was a little inconvenient, but we did get them. The shower heads need to be updated. They spray in multiple directions and don't move freely. They are covered with Lyme. The shower was not as clean as I would have liked

We love the location. The 2 bedroom is our favorite because we have traveled with my mother. This gives all us privacy. We have stayed at this property multiple times

Pool wasn’t vacuumed during our stay. Seemed to always have debris floating in it.

It was comfortable and clean. Location worked well for the activities we had planned.

Had to request room to be cleaned two separate times to two separate staff - both at the front desk - and still never got service! Had two full bags of trash sitting in the floor. Wasn't until I contacted the housekeeping staff on our floor that anything got done! Four days into a five day stay!!

The water in the shower never got hot, it was barely luke warm. I meant to say something to the woman at the front desk but got sidetracked when we were leaving.

The room was kinda spacious, smaller than the last one we had.Love the kitchen and that it has a separate bedroom.

Pictures of room made it look bigger. No real area for eating - just one small desk and one chair, made eating-in not so good, even if all facilities were available in the kitchen to make our own meals.

Ok breakfast, and restaurants close made our stay nice. Pool area open almost all day gave opportunity for morning swim. Friendly staff. Good parking.

Second night there after 2200 hrs there was no desk associate until I think it was the general manager was contacted by another visitor and myself from the desk telephone.

The room associate, meal staff, the room and some of the check in/out staff.

An adult high toilet, the stool was great for children but too low for average adult. Room was not cleaned on second day of stay, no fresh towels, emptying of trash and waste baskets, etc. Closed breakfast at 9:00, 10:00 would be better to accommodate late risers. since room is geared for two, an additional desk chair or such would be a welcomed addition so both could sit at desk/table for eating, playing cards or games, etc.

Location, value, room size. The personnel were very friendly and facilitating. Liked kitchenette and room accommodations. Provided a great clean and delicious breakfast with many selections; could stay open a little later. Nice room accommodations and public areas.

Handles on closet door cane off as I was opening the closet door. The lamp fixture was broken causing the lamp shade to lean. Maybe there should be more maintenance checks for the little things to make sure everything is up to par.

It felt like a home. It had everything we needed.

Key was not working at room door Manager only had one staff on duty and she had to call him for help with issues. My elder mother was locked out her room the front staff worker was very nice and tried to help with short staff. My mom was locked out her room for about 45 minutes she had to end up calling manger at the site. He was Awful, I told him we was out waiting for about a hour he made sure he corrected me and said it was 45 mins Never apologize or greeted when he got to the room to change out the entire lock pad. Went back and forth with me about it wasn’t a hour and said he opened it now so it should be a problem with us waiting!!!! Manager on duty 7/31/21 Awful

They gave me a dirty room at first. From the state of the room, it looked like someone just got out of the shower and left the room just before I went in there.

It was clean and convenient to downtown and the hospital. Did not expect it to be in the center of the hospital area. Good sized room with a kitchen if needed. We don’t typically use. Great basic stay.
