When we checked in we were sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. The next room we got had missing blinds so the sun lit up the room too early.

The sink was clogged, the bathroom floor was disgusting, the hotel room floor was dirty. The whole place felt dirty and I didn't want to use the bathroom.

The room was very old, no cover sheet on bed, bedskirt was ripped and didn't look clean, carpet was rippled, mold in the bathroom on the shower stall, the TV volume wouln't go up high enough when the AC was on to hear, the remote didn't work........... :(

Extremely dirty and rundown rooms and bedbugs didn’t help

I personally woke up with bed bugs crawling all around me … we ended up leaving even though we had paid for two nights. We went and stayed somewhere else.

Jacuzzi was not working that one weekend. Not enough electric outlets.

Based off pictures I paid for a recently remodeled room and that was absolutely not the case. It was the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room and hallway were incredibly outdated, nasty smell, stains on every wall, ceiling and floor. Carpet was torn up and nasty. There was only 1 outlet in the room to be used. The toilet in the bathroom continuously ran the whole time. The beds were okay. I'm sure that hotel has made a lot of money over the years, maybe put some of that money back into the hotel for your customers sake.

Didn't try the breakfast, but the place does have a great location.

First thing you should know is the room you see online that looks fresh and clean is definitely not the room you get, the room I got was run down with old carpet, dirty chair and old bed. When I asked the manager why my room didn’t look like the picture she said “oh we’re in the process of renovating so the pics are a little misleading right now” …. So when I checked in I took the elevator to the 3rd floor where a guy on drugs was running to people and yelling in their faces while they were trying to get to their rooms, I immediately checked out within 10 minutes, didn’t feel safe everything is very run down and there’s papers hung everywhere that say “please excuse the mess we’re renovating “ but you can tell they haven’t done anything new in there at all and now they refuse to refund me and they never cancelled my reservation they left it open like I stayed all 4 day’s . The manager was extremely rude and did not care that I was alone and felt unsafe. Would not recommend this place at all. Trying to get refunded is impossible I’ve been trying to get it for weeks.

Window seal was crumbling apart, stains on walls, ceiling and carpet. Faucets leaked. Pool and hot tub were out of service. Furniture was very old and in disrepair.

The sheets were clean. Staff were friendly.

The location is on the island, which I like.

The television never worked. One of the table lamps did not have a switch to turn it on. Room had no telephone. Toilet paper holder did not allow the toilet paper to roll freely.

The beds sagged and I could actually feel the springs against may back. The blinds didn't close. There was no clock radio.

It was nice and good price. However I would only stay as a stop over 1 night. I was very basic. No real complaints other than I don't like carpets in hotels because they don't get cleaned very often.
