We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Front desk staff didnt write the correct thing on our breakfast card. So I had to go get them to fix it. For such crap breakfast, we shouldnt be charged that much anyway. Staff was very unfriendly & act like they hate their jobs. We switched hotels after this first day & staff & new hotel was very kind & friendly. This hotel was decent, but very overpriced & was very crowded. Bathrooms overheat when you shower & heat up the whole room, no ventilation.

United States of AmericaRoom was large, and included small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and sink. Bathroom had double sinks! Beds were comfy and plenty of light in room. 24-hour pool and a pretty good restaurant- we had dinner and breakfast there and thought it was good food, reasonably priced.

I’ve stayed here several times and return because the staff is always friendly. Room is always clean. I often use the gym and love the long skinny towels to put on the treadmill or around my neck. Restaurant is nice, I wish it was open for dinner every day, but I realize that’s not always economical.

United States of AmericaThe restaurant was down to only a bartender and only offered fried foods... They also weren't very helpful when we tried to ask about future meals. We were all disappointed that our included breakfast that we paid extra for was just to go burritos.
The location was clean and the front office staff was amazing. We left a stuffed toy there and they kindly rescued him and sent him home to us.
