You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI'd recommend a better cleaning, there was a lot of dust and dirt on the walls, doors and baseboards/trim, chunks of dust and dirt in the laundry room where the broom is. A fan in the bathroom with a humidity sensor to prevent the breaker from tripping. The master bedroom carpet, where it transitions into the bathroom, had some tack strip nails exposed that punctured my foot when I stepped on it.
It was beautiful, close enough to everything in Gatlinburg so it was an easy walk, TWO separate balconies with a gorgeous view, fully stocked kitchen, ice maker, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, excellent instructions for the door code, fireplace, internet connection. Super cute decor. It felt so cozy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well.

United States of AmericaThe floors could use a steam mop and shampooing. It wasnt dirty or nasty, the floors were just a little worn, which is good bc that shows its a popular stay! The location on the hill was not ideal but thankfully there is a elevator close to the pool that can take you down to the ground level on the main strip.
So spacious, the master bedroom/bathroom was fantastic! The jacuzzi tub was amazing! This is a great condo stay for a group of friends or family! The kitchen is a really nice size. All in all this condo is more nice than some of the apartments ive lived in! Lol

United States of Americathe second bedroom beds are like tacos, they need replaced. I think if there’s one person or a child it’s not noticeable to the adults in the other room but we had my daughter and son in law and it was rough for them to get comfortable.
It’s quiet, out of town and the kitchen is stocked well with things to help cook. It’s a great location. the fireplace was cozy

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived the digital door passcode did not work. The Vacasa staff gave us the code to the lockbox to access the key. With 5 of us there it was hard to run with only one key. Also I believe this is a non smoking unit but the bed in the master smelled like stale smoke and there was an ashtray on the balcony.
