Beaches not as easily accessible as some descriptions made it seem. Staff was rarely on site, but did respond quickly when I had a question via text. There was no hot water early/mid morning Saturday, assuming it was because so many were using it at that time. It's a little "off the beaten path" as far as restaurants and shops go, but not a terrible drive to get to John's pass or other areas.

The room was very clean. Even for being on a main road the traffic was not bothersome. They accommodated an early check in for us.

The bed seemed smaller than what was listed. No counter space at all in bathroom. No full length mirror.

The towels had a weird smell so it felt like they weren’t very clean. The window coverings in room 6 were just pinned up curtains that didn’t fully cover the window. And the blinds in the bathroom were broken.

too early of checkout should be 11am not 10. No plugs so a woman can fix her hair. Not enough mirrors. Not enough plugs. The shower head was not good and one time it was scalding hot and the next time not hot enough.

Only disadvantage to staying at this location was the shower. Water pressure was poor and shower would not stay warm.

Made several Suggestions (Actions taken by mgmt): Pool loungers too low & difficult to get out of (pool loungers replaced during stay with new, much better & higher ones. Also pool furniture - and furniture outside each unit - were all new including new tables, chairs and cushions); Dining bar stool in suite not safe (replaced); Bathroom small with little storage and not enough counter space in suite (we bought some wooden TV tables at Walmart to increase counter space and mgmt sounded amenable to looking at getting more tables for more counterspace); More hooks needed to hang stuff in suite. Pots and pans redundant as no stove in unit (problem was that some faulty hotplates had been removed and ours was one of them - it will be replaced so ask for one if you stay here); Mattress cushion was noisy (Mgmt will look into additional cushion)

Clean. Fresh paint. Nice Pool. Good Staff. Mgmt responsive about addressing issues (see actions taken below). Also good about loaning stuff like scissors. Great location in St. Petes near both beach and inland waterway and lots of restaurants and places to bike including nearby Walgreens and Publix. Miles of beaches easily reached by foot, bicycles and car. Free parking. Good price.

We had difficulty checking in as the code to the door did not work which required us to contact the office numerous times before they finally got the correct code. I emailed the office several times and did not get a response. Check in time at four and check out time at 10 AM is very steep.

Dog friendly, had a nice mini kitchen and a decent area between Saint Pete and treasure Island.

A heated pool would have been great during our stay because the weather was cool. Not enough security lighting. We needed more! It was not a busy place and extra lighting would provide more feeling of security.

The staff was very nice and responded when we had questions or needs! Our initial room was too small for our length of stay and they had us move to a larger unit and King bed so it they solved our issue well. Not their fault, but during our stay the hotel was being painted, which was a bit awkward when we had daily activities.

Limited parking. Even though they have extra parking at the church across the street. Still not a lot of parking.

Check in was all mobile. No need to go to a front desk. Bed and pillows were so soft, I slept so good!

The entire island was flooded due to high tide, and unfortunately, my car was parked in the lot and got submerged too. I had to spend a lot of money $$$ to get rid of all the water in my car. If there's going to be heavy rain, it is best to look for a hotel with a parking lot that is raised.

It is located close to the center of St. Pete's Beach and is very affordable. The kitchen is well-equipped for families looking to save on meals. I would definitely book here again.
