The spa services were excellent, accommodating and very professional. The staff were always informative about weather, events and what their facility was running. Daily posts about detailed weather break downs at the front counter. Their game room was large and well in order as well. They had a well equipped gym as well in their lower levels.

Bathroom lights didn’t all work. Restaurant / store availability was poor. Food at the bar and grill was bland and overpriced.

Room was large and comfy. Fireplace timer was nice. Bathroom was amazing, tub incredible. Good coffee/tea selection. Lots of towels and plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was delicious.

Had no idea there were no T.V's in the rooms. Or maybe it was just our room for whatever reason :) We looked all over but to no avail. The curtain tops (above the hook carriers) needed to be cleaned but honestly I'm probably the only person that's ever noticed it before.

When pulling up to the Lodge for the first time you really have no idea how awesomely large the grounds are. My wife and I were located in the furthest building from the main Lodge. The parking was right next to the room, the room itself was great. Jetted Tub, bed, shower, fire place all very clean and ready for our use. We went during a colder time of the year but still took advantage of the stellar view from the private deck.

One of the two hot tubs was out of service. It would be amazing if a pool was heated during the winter months.

Perfect location for xc skiing in an otherwise bad snow year, the elevation was everything. The hot tub was nice and the view was great above the valley.

We had only one breakfast in the Lodge ristorante. There is a room for improvement there. The food was not particularly tasty.

We missed having a TV in the rooms. And I'm not an espresso fan which is what is offered in the rooms. Glad drip coffee was available in the lobby. We had trouble with plumbing in 1 of our rooms that persisted the entire visit. Apparently a major fix is needed. And the spa was not really a spa. Just a couple rooms with massage therapists available. They are building an actual spa on the premises that will maybe open in 2024. Restaurant prices are a bit high but it's quite a long haul to any other option when it's snowy.

Beautiful lodge and terrific staff. It was warm and inviting even though it was so cold outside. Lots of activities for Christmas and if you like cross country skiing they have a great set up. And down in Winthrop you can ice skate or rent snow mobiles. Almost every dish we tried from the 2 restaurants onsite were delish.

The front desk ladies should have provide more information about the resort when checking in. Like suggest us to make reservation for the restaurant or if the pool is open etc....

The shower doesn’t have good water pressure from the water fall type head. The makeup mirror light wasn’t working. These things were minor.

I think it shows a certain lack of respect and tackiness to dress the animal heads in Christmas decorations and hats. Disturbing to me. A microwave would be nice for warming coffee. Also, suggest that the lodge provide half n half in an insulated carafe instead of those little plastic creamers

There are 2 separate buildings so if you’re elderly or have heavy luggage it helps to know the detached building is 2 floors without elevators.

Property was very nice. We love the rugged cabin feel. The room was very nice, bed comfy and the balcony is a plus.
