United States of AmericaThe vent was shared with a smokers room, and my husband, I nearly got sick because of the smell. The shower rob looks like it wasn't fixed properly. There were crackheads in the front lawn area.
The bed was super comfy, and the hostess when I checked in was super friendly and got my husband, and I checked in 30 minutes early.

I had asked for a quiet room and they put me in a room that was super loud by the highway or near the highway, the remote wasnt working I asked for new batteries and they told me they were out.

United States of Americathere was no elevator which just sucked when it came to luggage. the sink in the bathroom was leaking and made the room humid. The bedding on the mattress came off quickly and showed the stained mattress. I mean stains EVERY WHERE, blood? pee? idk. Also, the room key kept deactivating.

United States of AmericaThis property could only be improved with a match. True, it was the least expensive property in the area but it was obvious that it had seen it's better days. The location beside a busy road and some sort of industrial yard weren't the best either. If you need a place to sleep and you're not wanting to spend money for a nice room, this will work. Don't expect even a Motel 6 level of luxury.
The manager/front desk lady was great. Very friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe property was very dated. The exterior of the building could use a facelift or a fresh paint job. The landscaping was not well kept and the parking lot was a bit trashy. Once indoors, the lobby area was quite small, not much seating area…The furniture was well loved and definitely could use a bit of TLC. The property smelled a bit musty…. not sure what to attribute it to… The room itself was decently sized but it had issues. The hardwood floor was nice but it wasn’t cleaned very well. It smelled like animals had been in there.. The beds had no blankets. When we requested blankets, we had to pick them up from the front desk. They were in plastic bags. One blanket had multiple holes and stains on it. The room lacked basic amenities. There was an older microwave but it was dirty. No refrigerator, no complimentary water or coffee maker…There was no closet and inadequate storage space, especially for four people…The beds were ok but the pillows were terrible. I could tell they were old , not quality. Room 207, the bathroom was a decent size but only one sink. The shower was nicely updated but there was no soap dish in the shower, so nowhere to place soap or towel while bathing…The AC worked well but it had a foot-like odor to it. The heater was even worse…The burnt smell consumed the whole room and we worried about sleeping with that smell looming so we aired out the room with the AC… There was a lot of running around in the room above us and we were startled more than once by men yelling threats at female companions…once heard inside the hotel and heard a separate incident out in the parking lot… I didn’t feel like the property was in a necessarily unsafe area but I felt on edge after hearing those exchanges. Though the shouting by each man was short lived, I felt concerned for the safety of the women. I’m hoping that these were isolated spats between couples and not a part of a human trafficking situation.
The location was convenient-10-15 minute drive to the festival grounds, the Las Vegas Strip and various shopping centers. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated that there was a vending machine in the lobby area.

Odor in halls was stale & musty mixed with strong air freshener. dirty pool, high crime area & homeless hanging around outside. Random dog barking in hallway outside our door twice. It had leash but owner not seen. While the staff was friendly and everything, they should lower the price a little bit because it's definitely worth about $20 cheaper than what you actually pay.
The staff was friendly and worked patiently with us in rebooking our room for an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances. Another staff member kind of helped us out as far as where to park our vehicles where they would be safer. The vending machines were full of decent snacks and drinks if you have a little late night craving. There is also a nice laundry facility for guests if you need to wash. You might want to bring your own quarters they run out pretty quickly.
