It was a little close to a busy road.

It was very clean, close to beach and restaurants. Everything you needed.

We had an issue with the shower knob. Let the staff know and it was fixed in a few hours. That was the only issue.

The location was great. Walking distance to St John's Pass. The beach was across the street. They offered beach chairs and an umbrella for your use.

The location was especially good - very close to the access of Madeira beach. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and the layout of our room - small, but very usable for two people! It had everything anyone would want - especially for the first visit to this area. And we found the room rate was very fair compared to other available locations. The communication was good, the instructions for parking and room access was very clear, and overall it was a very positive experience!

It was so clean! Nice comfortable bed, perfect location even if you don’t have a car. You can walk everywhere. Our favorite restaurant was Caddy’s 1 block away. Great clam chowder soup. The best part was the beach was across the street. Just perfection !!!! Rent it you won’t be disappointed

There's nothing I didn't like. I think this may be our return vacation spot! Really enjoyed our stay. Have no complaints at all.

I really liked that the apartment was just across from the beach. Enjoyed that it was within walking distance of Speedway, Sweet Brewnette, and the convenience store beside the tattoo shop.

Wish the check in time could be sooner.

The bed and mattress were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The apt so cute and decorated land was equipped with everything we needed. The management went out of their way to help us with any requests we needed and went above and beyond. I will stay there again if we come back.

The toilet was broken when we got there. Shower knob was broken, my husband had to fix it. After the toilet was “fixed” it wouldn’t flush so we had to go get a plunger just to flush it. Was told we would get some compensation back and never did

The floors were dirty. You couldn't go barefoot my feet were black. Only had 1roll of paper towels.Had a couple rolls of toilet paper. Had to buy that too. Also toilet was stopped up had to buy a toilet plunger. Not enough towels we had 2 big ones 2hand towels. 2 wash cloths. Told me I could wash them in the laundry room.buy I had to pay. I refused.

The only issue we had was the toilet doesn’t flush right away. If one person uses it, it takes time for it to flush again. This wasn’t too much of issue as we filled up the bucket from the closet with water and poured it in the toilet to flush. It worked and it was fine.

The property is clean on the inside and the outside. It was nice having a reserved parking space as it was a holiday and the area was busy. The kitchen was fully stocked so we didn’t need any dishes, cooking utensils or wine bottle openers. There was dish soap, towels and paper towels. The bathroom had clean towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap and hand soap. The closet was stocked with extra towels, beach towels, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. There was also a broom, dust pan, bucket and mop if needed. The bedroom was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. There was a small table for two in addition to treats and water if we needed. Our dog’s crate fit nicely and he felt comfortable as well! The living room was efficient and the couch does fold out. It will fit 2 people if needed. There were AC units in both the bedroom and living room so it can get chilly if you don’t keep it at nice temp. We also could not hear any of our neighbors next door or above so that was nice. Public beach access is just minutes away on foot in addition to many wonderful restaurants and shops. For every item we forgot to bring, there was a store, gas station or shop close by. If you do bring a pet, it may seem a little impossible at first to find a grassy place to walk them and for them to go potty. No worries. We walked our pup towards the Speedway gas station and down the little side streets off of Gulf Blvd. The residents in the area were nice and especially nice if they notice you cleaning up after your pup ;)
