Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaCompared to other Hilton’s I have stayed at the breakfast was disappointing. The Bagel Breakfast was exactly what the name says - no protein, only bagels. Muffins were still frozen. Bagel were good. All things being equal, if I knew the breakfast was only bagels and another hotel was serving a regular continental breakfast, I would stay at the other hotel.
Price.

United States of AmericaThey have the dumbest luggage carriers, first off luggage does not even fit on it correctly, if you happen to get luggage on it, the front wheel (that's right, only 1) won't turn correctly. There is also no wheelchair ramp at the front of the building, so you have to tip the front wheel up and then lift the back 2, just to get into the lobby area.
Amazingly spacious room. Ir is almost like a room and a half. Great to let the kids play. Wonderfully friendly staff.

United States of AmericaREAD THE PROS FIRST. This was overall a GOOD stay, and it bums me out that Booking is listing the negatives first. In any case, this doesn't feel like a Hilton, which was confusing, and made it not meet my expectations. Maybe it's a because Spark is a new concept for the Hilton brand. The vibe was more of a dorm or hostel, but with large beds and a private bathroom. The rooms are huge, but without many furnishings, and the floors are not carpeted. However, this led to an overall feeling of cleanliness, so it was worth it. Parking wasn't ideal, as the lot was full and some closer spaces were taken up by construction materials. The location was a double edged sword. It didn't feel like the safest area around, but it was close to the airport, and I appreciated not having brave any of the monstrous Dallas expressways at night.
My room was very, very clean, with zero bugs. I live in an arid climate, and my #1 fear of humid climates is bugs, so I really appreciated that there there were none. The bed was comfortable, as were the linens. The bathroom was clean. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The bagel bar was well-stocked and filling. The location was close to the airport, and I liked that I didn't have to navigate the monstrous Dallas road infrastructure in the dark to get to where I was staying.

United States of AmericaCan't think of a thing.
The room was beyond our expectations, very roomy. The bed was comfortable, check in was a breeze, the desk person was super friendly. Breakfast was as expected since it was advertised as "Continental". Will recommend to family and friends. Oh, and very easy to get to Dallas Love Field.

GermanyPayed in advance via Booking. During checkin i was asked to present my credit card because they insisted that they need to block the money themselves. During checkout i explained (once again) that i already payed via Booking. Eventually i got charged twice. I even went back to the facility and asked them to not charge me. But they did not really care and explained me that it is my job to get my money back from Booking. Crossing my fingers that this will work out.
