Room was clean, bed was comfortable, I love the fact that there were three pillows since I make a “nest“ when I sleep. Property was well taken care of. Towels, hand towels and washcloths were all very nice. We were leaving before their breakfast time so the manager gave us a goodie bag to take with us.

Loved this motel. Absolutely clean. Quiet, safe and comfortable. Not your typical destination city, but a great alternative to the chaos and much greater expense of Albuquerque. We stayed here a week earlier and decided this would be our stop on the way back to AZ. Good wifi.

Very retro motel right down to the wood paneling and avocado-colored carpet in our unit. Family owned business and their pride in the product shows. We are used to seeing signs of deferred maintenance, but this place was shipshape except for a rusting chrome drain ring in one of the 2 bathroom sinks, and some fraying of the weatherseal on the outside door bottom. Breakfast in a bag with great pastries and fruit. Coffee maker in the room. We have some pet dander allergies, so asked for a room that might be short on dander. We weren't sneezing any more than normal the next day, so I think that worked even though they advertise "pet friendly."

Quiet, comfortable, extra clean, good value. Everything worked well and the attention to detail was obvious. If you're looking for a good nights sleep in a clean, safe place, this is it. I was afraid of noise from I-40 about 1000 feet away, but could not hear it at all.

I wish I could have charged my phone at bedside but it wasn’t a big deal. No outlets or ports close to bedside table.

Super friendly staff and loved the decor and real furniture. It was great to stay at a genuine motel not a chain. Very comfortable rooms, clean. If you need an overnight stop off of 40 this is a great place.

It would have been nice to have curtains out blinds that blocked out more light

We really liked the look of the place! They also made it super easy to set up late check-in and that all went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised by the little treats left for us as well. It was nice to have a little fridge with a freezer section so I could keep my pumped milk frozen.

Iconic Neon Sign out front was nice and the room was very cozy with a comfortable bed. Thoughtful details included a welcome bag of mandarins and pastries... fluffy towels, good soap and shampoo... rubber ducky..... bedside retro-lamps were cool. Internet worked just fine! The owners were real friendly folks.

Very friendly staff/owners, enjoyed chatting with them for a bit. They were cooking, and it smelled really good, made me have to go find something to eat! Clean room, very comfortable, located along Route 66. I very much enjoyed my stay here!

A great stay! You can tell the staff cares about their customers stay. Nice personal touches like chocolate kisses and a note, homemade pastries for breakfast, a rubber duck to greet you in the shower. The room was clean and comfortable, the building was a bit outdated. A little pricey, but compared to the other options we were very satisfied. Would definitely book again.
