No fridge nor coffee maker in room. Shower spigot too high and didn’t move to get it more in the tub than on the floor. Took a bath. Scratchy enamel in bathtub. Noisy air conditioning goes off and on and I am sensitive to noise, so turned it off.

Loved the pool! Room was very nice. All staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the spaciousness of the resort & casino and decor. A few restaurants to pick from so we didn’t need to go out.

I think the rooms could use some upgrading. No USB plugs in the rooms. Mattresses weren’t the best.

The shower had no pressure and was too low on the wall for my tall husband.. There was a loading dock right below our room, which was pretty noisy for a bit.

Great location right off the freeway right across the street from a mall. Check in was a breeze and they met my requests. Facility had restaurants and bars a theater. Room was very clean and attractive.

Pillows were terrible. No mini frig, no coffee pot, no microwave. Get why you do this, so we go out and buy everything, but really!!! Brought my own cooler and coffee maker.

Like the room it was very spacious very clean. Very quiet. Like the area around hotel. Lots of good resturants.

I love staying at the Sunset Station, it's in close proximity to the Mall and Costco and other stores. We've always had an enjoyable stay there and staff is great!

Motorcycle parking has something to be desired. There were spaces outside the front check in area but not covered. I ended up parking in the garage, no designated motorcycle parking I could see. And, the a parking garage is a loooong way from the check in desk. Got a ticket/warning for parking in a area security didn't like. Room was a little musty.

Everything. From wait time to check in to casino staff everyone except the young lady at the front desk had a poor attitude. Plus I didn't get my security deposit of 100 back for no reason.

During or recent stay, the rug in the casino was being replaced, and also remodeling was being done near the sports book. Pretty large sections of slots were unavailable each day. This was inconvenient and took some of the fun out of our stay. It would have been nice to know this in advance. I have seen some hotels put notations on their web pages, e.g. 'Pool closed for maintenance', 'Restaurant closed for remodeling', etc.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it very much. That is why we returned. Nice coffee shop and fast food options. Large Casino with huge variety of games.

There are no sidewalks around the hotel to walk through the parking lots. We are not used to smoke and the interior of this casino while it wasn't horrendous it definitely smelled like smoke (they definitely don't have as powerful of an air recycling system that a lot of the bigger casinos have) so we avoided walking through the hotel to get the Greek restaurant across the street from the backside of the hotel and discovered that they had absolutely no sidewalks around the buildings, so WEIRD! Also the bar offerings in the casino were super basic.

The rooms were fine. The elevators were all the way at the end of a building which was annoying. The bowling ally was great to have on property.

Maybe get some more servers at the brass Fork with more courteous attitudes I mean if they don't want to work don't come to work but don't take it out on the patrons everybody either needs to be retrained cuz they're burned out or hire some new fresh friendly people there's a lot of people out there looking for jobs that could do a way better job, maybe clean the tables once in awhile would be fantastic

Waiting at the brass Fork to be seated was ridiculous there was only one waitress available for all the patrons I was standing they're fronting a whole long till I was finally seated they took people that were behind me first for some reason I don't know why then when I was finally seated the tables were dirty the breakfast time the tables were dirty finally the hostess took my order and she took it wrong so when they brought the order to me it was wrong but the waitress help to fix it cuz it was missing some items just terrible all around service, I think the breakfast was the worst cuz the table was all smeared with something brown I don't know what it was and then when they asked to bring me some milk the lady made a face walked off and then came back with the milk terrible service terrible terrible
