the shower curtain fell on me in the shower the morning we left and i forgot to tell the front desk, we tried to put it back up ourselves but the tension rod was stripped out.

The room wasn’t the best kept. There was what appeared to be mold in the bathroom, the light fixture in the bathroom was also rusty, the coffee pot wasn’t cleaned well. There was no daily maid service, so if we ran out of towels, garbage bags or coffee we needed to go to the front desk to request them.

The location was great. On the beach and close to many restaurants and stores.

Our bed was broken the staff was great and got it fixed the next morning. However, the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The furniture was outdated but the COUCH was awful. It had stains all over it and we had to put towels down to even attempt to set on it. The bath/shower was stained!dirty! And the shower head did not work.

Everything was great! If I had to suggest anything, I'd recommend adding more mirrors for guests getting ready and a few more supplies than the "starter pack" provided- light on toilet paper and garbage bags.

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful beachfront with very nice large pool area, hot tub, and pool bar. The room and grounds were well kept and inviting. Wonderful views of the beach and Gulf from balcony.

2 elevators on the Southside, of the 5 elevators were broken for all 8 days we were there. And we had heard they had been broken for a few days before.

We actually have our own Airbnb so I really pay close attention to details. The inside of the front door was very dirty. I don’t see how the cleaning staff would walk past that every single time they clean and not clean it. It’s from a long period of buildup of peoples hands, it was very obvious. There was also someone else’s old hair tie around the faucet in the shower, which seemed unsanitary.

One of the elevators was down for a while. Beach side bar could serve some finger foods such as fries and chicken fingers at least. This could save a trip all the way back to the restaurant. We rented 2 rooms where the second room was not as nicely updated as the other.

Location is supremely important, and this location was magnificent. Onsite restaurant was very good. We rented 2 rooms where one was nicely updated. I liked the designated parking spots. Beach side bar was a nice touch.

The room was different than pictures displayed on booking.com which lead to initial dissatisfaction when we arrived. The pullout couch was stained and needs to be replaced.

Living room furniture very old, saggy and creaky. Not at all comfortable. Very pricey. Snack bar on site, would have to purchase breakfast. No coffee or anything included
