The room was a bit worn down. Some broken closet doors, a moldy duvet, etc, but overall fine for our needs.

One of the elevators was broken. We were on the 6th floor. Shower in master needs a deep clean.

Location and proximity to the beach. It was quiet, and the room was spacious. Provides a container with beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs for use by patrons.

We actually have our own Airbnb so I really pay close attention to details. The inside of the front door was very dirty. I don’t see how the cleaning staff would walk past that every single time they clean and not clean it. It’s from a long period of buildup of peoples hands, it was very obvious. There was also someone else’s old hair tie around the faucet in the shower, which seemed unsanitary.

One of the elevators was down for a while. Beach side bar could serve some finger foods such as fries and chicken fingers at least. This could save a trip all the way back to the restaurant. We rented 2 rooms where the second room was not as nicely updated as the other.

Location is supremely important, and this location was magnificent. Onsite restaurant was very good. We rented 2 rooms where one was nicely updated. I liked the designated parking spots. Beach side bar was a nice touch.

not clean, particularly the bathrooms...there was MOLD in one of the showers; the kitchen utensils & pots/pans were dirty.

Mold in the shower walls, stained/dirty couch - I used a sheet to cover it, dishes weren’t cleaned well, no remote control in the master bedroom. No garbage bags and pans were old

The room was different than pictures displayed on booking.com which lead to initial dissatisfaction when we arrived. The pullout couch was stained and needs to be replaced.

Living room furniture very old, saggy and creaky. Not at all comfortable. Very pricey. Snack bar on site, would have to purchase breakfast. No coffee or anything included

The pool and lounge area are small for the amount of rooms on the property. Guest parking is very limited, especially during peak seasons.

there were a couple of things that needed repaired, before we left, we let the front desk know, just so repairs could be done for the next family!

They ran out of towels and blankets and could not handle the spring break rush. Check in was late, past 5pm!!! Many guests who were staying one night were very upset with check in time.

Rooms was dirty

The property itself is an excellent area and location. The beach was fantastic. We rented chairs and umbrellas for 2 days. The rooms were not clean. The tub was dirty in the master bedroom and so was the shower in the other bathroom. The floors were very dirty. The condo needs a deep clean. One of the pillow cases was ripped. The sheets on the master bed had spots. The trundle couch was stained and dirty. The sink wasn't clean. The standard of clean needs to go up considerably. The price per night doesn't match the standards. The pools and the bar are located in a great spot and the cafe was very nice. It's a great location and vacation spot it just wasn't clean. This is our second time going there. I think I will pick a new place next time.

It would be a nice touch having two beach chairs in unit to take out for sunsets. The couch was uncomfortable and could benefit from a deep cleaning or couch covers.

Great location. Few steps to the sandy beach. Pool is a big hit. Nice view of ocean from unit. Kitchen has basic essentials which was helpful. Grocery story 1 mile down the road. Assigned parking spot was convenient.

There was no close restaurant for dinner. Unless you were eating at the ice cream shop. The tiki bar had limited appeal. Costly and very little shade. Would have liked a shuffleboard. Limited cabanas on the beach. The property is adjacent to the Treasure Island public access.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Restaurant was open for breakfast and lunch. Food was well prepared and very flavorful. Room was large and very clean. Distance to the Gulf is a little walk.
