You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe heater was connected to fireplace and this was very uncomfortable- it made a lot of noise when turning on (wake you up at night caliber of noise) plus it suddenly lit up the fire place when you are spleeping - making is very hot right next to it
Location is great - walking distance from ski lift. By car or shuttle also super close to the city and other ski areas. Building was nice, apartment clean and cosy.

United States of AmericaThe only complaint I have is the wifi service. We connected to both sunstone guest and sunstone owners wifi and the service was terrible on both connections. My husband and I run a business, so periodically, we need to communicate with our team in the office, even when on vacation. Verizon cell service is pretty spotty in mammoth, so we rely on wifi quite a bit. We weren’t able to get a simple, text only, email to go through at times.
The location was perfect to strap in and ride a couple hundred feet to eagle lift. Easy to ride right back to the building for a quick lunch or warmup break too. The layout was perfect for our family of 4. The living room is smaller, so, while you could sleep more people using the sofa bed in the living room, it would feel pretty cramped. The kitchen had what we needed from tools standpoint, and I appreciated that there were coffee filters (the right kind) for the coffee maker.

United States of AmericaAC did not work, bed mattress were not great. Overall sleep and comfort was poor. Broken lift. Price charged was much higher than the given value. You need to clean the room and garbage, while they charge additional fees. Would not recommend.

United States of America- No air conditioning- very uncomfortable. The windows could not be opened in the living room/kitchen, or onto the deck. They were blocked from opening, so there was no breeze at all. This seemed ridiculous. Even in cooler weather with an inability to open the windows it would be airless and oppressive. Small square footage. Long hallway. Looked very much like my mother-in-law's assisted care facility. Tiny apartment and long hallways and elevator.
